Pros:

Nothingh

Cons:

although I had booked and paid well in advance they had not reserved the room so when I arrived at the hotel the room was not available. in the end we had to move to another facility. Even though I had no responsibility, I was only able to recover part of the amount paid.

Booking's assistance is absolutely useless and practically non-existent

Potential
Pros:

This place could be fantastic. It is situated in its own compound and the views of the desert and mountains are great. I believe I'm the first reviewer so I'm not going to be harsh. A friend of the hotel took me into town for a pizza and we talked about what could be improved etc. It has fantastic potential. I had a balcony and with a cold beer in my hand watched the sunset. There is no light pollution, so stargazing is a must. I slept well and had breakfast in an amazing lounge area. There is also a bar area with a pool table. If you are on a tight budget give it a try.

Cons:

The hotel wasn't spotless and the outside areas need a good clean up....trash isn't attractive. Look, it wasn't brilliant, but it wasn't tragic either. They are trying and I will come back, inshallah.
