Ruhige Entspannung unter Olivenzweigen und trotzdem zentral
Pros:

Uns hat alles super gefallen. Sehr nettes Personal, toller Pool und man ist sofort mitten in Malcesine aber hat trotzdem seine Ruhe zum entspannen.

Pros:

Tento hotel zbožňujeme. Byli jsme zde už podruhé a určitě se opět vrátíme. Nejmilejší personál, krásné přívětivé klidné prostředí, zahrada, bazén a nejstrategičtější poloha hotelu blízko centra. Cítili jsme se tu jako doma.

Perfect short stay for a local wedding
Pros:

Absolute gem of a hotel, with the friendliest staff who were so kind and caring. Genuinely interested in us and looked after us SO well. I have never stayed anywhere else that cares about their guests so much. The hotel was clean, easy to get around and having a pool was a bonus. Breakfast was great and location unbeatable.

Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Für uns war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, alles war sauber, der Pool ein wunderbarer Ort zum entspannen, die Gastgeber herzlich, das Frühstück sehr gut, die Betten sehr bequem.

Ideal location for a short stay in Malcesine
Pros:

Location was ideal. Across a main (but still fairly quiet) road from the main centre of Malcesine. Ideal location with everything in walking distance but not directly next to touristy shops and bars. Staff were generally polite and friendly. Overall the hotel looks better in real life than in photos, which is always a plus!

Cons:

Breakfast was fine just a little limited in choice. We were only there for 3 mornings but otherwise would have been repetitive . Some days the coffee was nice others it was awful!
Our room was small but perfectly clean however aircon was off until 1.30pm each day. Guests couldnt control this themselves. As we were visiting for a family wedding we asked to have this AC on the wedding morning which was accommodated by the hotel but we had to ask several times. Also, a family member came over from another property simply to say hi (was not planning to use pool facilities etc) and was abruptly asked to leave by staff. A bit rude and unnecessary!

Pros:

Skvělá poloha blízko centra, všude kousek. Potraviny do pěti minut chůze. Velmi klidný hotel.

Cons:

Snídaně byla chutná ale menší výběr, chybělo ovoce i když meloun byl výborný.

Very recomandabel hotel
Pros:

First at all lication.quiet steet but 5 minuets walk from city center and baldo cabel.
Clean hotel, very nice view from last floor to garda lake.warm hospitalety.very nice pool...and cold

Cons:

There were a few minor inconveniences, but nothing that affected our overall stay.

There is no elevator in the hotel, so if your room is on the beautiful third floor, you'll need to carry your luggage upstairs.

The shower is quite narrow.

The air conditioning is turned off for about two hours around midday.

Again, these are really small things and didn't take away from our experience.

For me, the bed was a bit too springy, and that was the only thing I found slightly uncomfortable.
