Incroyable
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, nous avons même eu une noix de coco en cadeau de bienvenue. L’hôtel est super bien placé, juste en face de la plage !! La chambre est super bien équipée pour les moustiques (nous n’en avons d’ailleurs pas vu).

Passez votre chemin il y a mieux à proximité
Pros:

L’emplacement : on se retrouve directement sur la plage en sortant de l’hôtel et à proximité des commerces

Cons:

Tout : la chambre ne correspond pas aux photos de l’annonce et le mobilier n’est pas approprié pour un hôtel (chaise de bureau à roulettes ayant déjà bien servie, bureau et armoire moches, rien à voir avec les photos). Trou dans la porte de la chambre (voir photos)

La salle de bain est salle, les murs souillés de taches suspectes et l’eau de la douche se disperse partout car il n’y a pas vraiment de douche, seulement un jet d’eau sans pression qui se disperse partout. Il n’y a également aucun espace où poser des affaires de toilettes .
La piscine est petite, à partir de trois personnes vous vous sentirez à l’étroit. Peu de transats et des parasols moisis complète l’espace. Pas de serviettes de piscines disponibles à notre arrivée car elles étaient « toutes au lavage »
Le linge de lit et les serviettes sentaient mauvais (odeur de cigarette froide…)

Nous avons écartés notre séjour et passe que 2nuits au lieu des trois prévues

Very nice hotel near Kuta beach

A great hotel for exploring Kuta nearby Kuta beach, perfect service of receptionists!! We loved them all.

We were very satisfied with the hotel services, especially the work of the receptionists, who were all smiling and friendly, and nothing was a problem. The room matched the description, everything was functional and practical. There was also a fridge for hosts. The hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from the Kuta beach, so it’s very well located for exploring. We stayed at the hotel for a 5 days and if we returned to Lombok - Kuta, we wouldn’t change a thing.

Grazie The Confidential
Pros:

Il The Confidetial e’ un ottimo Hotel situato sul lungomare di Mandalika nel quale ho passato 3 notti durante il mio soggiorno in Indonesia. La prima cosa che sicuramente ti fa apprezzare il posto e’ il contatto umano con i ragazzi che lavorano alla Reception sempre sorridenti e gentilissimi che ti fanno sentire come a casa. Al mio arrivo ho incontrato Alfi che nonostante fossi arrivata in anticipo mi ha fatto usufruire subito della mia camera dove ho potuto cosi’ sistemarmi e iniziare a godermi l’isola. La camera e’ molto spaziosa e pulita, trovi anche un paio di bottiglie di acqua e gli asciugamani per la piscina. Sono contenta di essere venuta in questo posto e ci tornero’ sicuramente quando tornero’ qui a Lombok. Grazie Alfi e agli altri ragazzi del Confidential.
