Pros:

Район Авлабари. очень атмосферно, чем то напоминает улочки Стамбула. Апартаменты отличные, на 5 человек целая квартира. Очень чисто, уютно, со вкусом ремонт. Большая терраса с видом на город. Хозяева вежливы и приветливы. Заезд - выезд . без проблем. Уютный двор с парковкой. Рядом магазин со всем необходимым, по смешным ценам. Жаль не смогу добавить фото. Вернулись бы еще. однозначно - рекомендую!!!

Pros:

A pleasant terrace and yard with a small pond full of fish. The rooms are stylish, and there is enough stuff for cooking. There’s a small shop with fresh fruits and vegetables nearby. The aparthotel is located in an old calm Armenian district of Tbilisi, and walking through it feels like stepping back in time. While it takes a bit of time to reach the main sights, we either enjoyed long walks when it was not too hot on the streets or took a taxi.

Cons:

The bathroom facilities could use some maintenance and upgrades. The shower was leaking a bit, the toilet flush did not work very well, and there was no shelf above the sink for hygiene products. The rest of the rooms are in good condition. Note that the adress of the aparthotel has recently changed to Armenian street (we were searching for the hotel on the first day for about 15-20 min on another street, which name was provided in Booking confirmation).

Просторно,чисто,все необходимое есть,хозяин очень приветливый, дружелюбный. Отдельно огромное спасибо, что заселил дочку раньше ,чем было заселение, так как она приехала раньше нас и еи не пришлось с вещами дожидаться нас.рядом магазины,до города мин 20 пешком и недалеко хорошии винный погреб🥰

Самые лучшие аппартаменты в Тбилиси!
Pros:

Нам понравилось абсолютно всё! Три шикарных спальни,удобные кровати,что очень важно после долгой дороги) чистенько,хотя это не отель,но были предоставлены банные принадлежности! Есть газовая плита и посуда,микроволновка,фен,утюг,и кондиционер) очень эстетично и атмосферно😍 Купались в чистеньком бассейне,приятно ,что позаботились о фильтре с хлором внутри) тихо и спокойно,никто не шумит и не тревожит,есть место где пожарить шашлычки) Приехать сюда компанией друзей или большой семьей -самый лучший выбор🤌🏼 советуем❤️ есть широкий балкон,где качельки и лежаки,очень много зелени и шикарный гранат на входе) место для машины тоже имеется во дворе дома.
Хозяин Георгий очень дружелюбный ,подсказал что посмотреть и куда съездить,всегда был на связи,когда что то нужно было,приносил дополнительно,за что огромное спасибо! Персонал очень приятный,что сейчас большая редкость👍 благодаря этому наш отпуск прошел замечательно😍

Останавливались на несколько дней, апартаменты полностью соответствуют фото. Было все необходимое для пребывания, от посуды до стиральной машины. Есть парковка во дворе, для нас это было важно. Рекомендуем! ❤️

Gostitelj je zelo prijazen in bazen po vročih potepanjih čez dan je bil super!
Kuhinja ima vse za kuhat, nafehtali smo tudi malo olja, da nam fa ni bilo treba kupiti.😁

Apartma, ki smo ga imeli ima malo manj naravne svetlobe.

Очень приятный владелец. Местоположение нормальное (на такси до центра 4-6 Gel). В апартаментах чисто , уютно.

Cons:

Не хватило высокого стола (есть только маленький журнальный , возможно именно в наших). И немного не хватило свободного пространства , если не хочется распаковывать чемоданы , а просто оставить их открытыми на полу.

Pros:

Очень теплый прием и гостеприимство хозяев подкупают. Пару лет назад уже останавливались у Лейлы и Георга в другом отеле и так же были покорены вниманием и заботой к нам.
Номер чистый, опрятный, очень стильный. Всё необходимое есть в наличии. Уютных два дворика: парковка и внутренний - зелёный оазис! Великолепный уютный отель! Мои рекомендации.

Cons:

Как же мало времени в отпуске! С удовольствием бы провела в этом прекрасном месте ещё неделю.
