Хорошее расположение, приветливый персонал. Есть бассейн, но мы им не пользовались. Можно было остаться в холле после чек аута и дождаться своего рейса.

Pas loin du centre

Cet hôtel est très propre. Il est idéalement situé, à seulement 2-3 minutes à pied du marché de nuit, du marché du matin et du palais royal. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel, toujours prêt à m'aider avec le sourire ! La chambre est spacieuse, la douche a une bonne pression et la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. Le petit-déjeuner, simple mais délicieux, comprend de l'eau EPA et des fruits. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter !

Really nice place to stay, the rooms were super spacious and the hotel was very clean. The host was amazing and he was always around and willing to help with whatever we needed. He stored our luggage for us while we went on an overnight trip elsewhere which was really useful too. Breakfast was good, fruit to start with a hot drink followed by a choice of 7 mains. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from the night market and main places to visit which was great. Overall, an amazing hotel which I definitely recommend.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Phailin et serions ravis d'y rester plus longtemps.

Les chambres étaient magnifiques et impeccables, l'emplacement idéal, le personnel très serviable pour l'hébergement et les activités de plein air, la connexion internet stable et le petit-déjeuner, bien que simple, était incroyablement délicieux ; nous avions hâte de le prendre.

Nous n'aurions pas pu rêver d'un meilleur endroit où séjourner à Luang Prabang.

Le bâtiment est joli, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car la première nuit nous étions côté rue et impossible de dormir même avec des bouchons d'oreilles, le personnel nous a changé de chambre.

Ce nouvel hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal en plein centre-ville, à proximité de nombreux commerces. L'hôtel est très propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et copieux : pain, œufs, fruits en dessert et jus de fruits. Le directeur, très aimable, m'a attribué une chambre conforme à ma réservation. Il a répondu à toutes mes questions et demandes. Je pense que c'est un hôtel d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix à Luang Prabang. En résumé : un bon hôtel, des chambres spacieuses et propres, et un personnel accueillant !

I ended up here because of a relocation, but this hotel was much better than the previous one. Clean, spacious, wifi, air conditioning worked well, there was no sewer smell, bathroom was spacious, breakfast was great. Price-value ratio is acceptable. In a walking distance to the main attractions. Would recommend.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche du centre historique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres tout comme l’hôtel, lit confortable, eau chaude, frigo et bouteilles d’eau à disposition, bouilloire avec thé et café, sèche cheveux…. Un grand merci à Monsieur Ha pour son accueil et sa gentillesse !!! Je recommande cet hôtel

This hotel was amazing and we loved our stay here. The location was fantastic, right next to the night market, the breakfast was lovely and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The absolute highlight though was the staff, incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Giang who helped us out so much when our train was cancelled and gave us some great local recommendations. We could not recommend this place highly enough!

The best thing about Phailin Hotel 1 where we stayed is location, location, location. It is right in the city central. The room is clean, with hot water shower, good wifi connectivity, and working AC. The owner, Ms. Ziang, is friendly and very accommodating. Definitely, you get the most bang for your money.
