Pros:

A wonderful place! A spacious, clean room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel manager is wonderful – he was always ready to help with any questions. The breakfast selection was excellent, and a special thank you for being able to grab coffee or tea whenever you wanted! This might be a small thing for some, but for us, it showed how carefully the hotel is managed! The location is also superb – it's literally in the city center, and you can walk anywhere in 15 minutes at most. I recommend it to everyone!

Cons:

I have absolutely nothing bad to say. For us, this hotel was an 11/10.

分かりやすい場所でお得感あるホテルです。
Pros:

分かりやすい便利な場所にあり、安価です。
朝食も美味しい。
スタッフが爽やかで親切でした。

Cons:

don't disturb のドアハンガーサインをしていたのに、清掃係の人が私達の部屋の扉を開けて、しかもすみませんもなく、2人の清掃係がゲラゲラ笑っていた。

Comfortable enough and the receptionist was very helpful.

Room was clean. Location was good. Walking distance to restaurants n night market

Cons:

The owner was abit greedy. They have overbooked the hotel for the room I paid for. Instead of upgrading the room to make up for their mistake, they decided to downgrade my room. Take me to a different hotel. More like a hostel place and tried to. Charge me for the same price. I was very unset, I had to contact booking.com to assist me with this situation. After that they correct it by giving me half price for that first night. It was a night mare what they had put me through. When I arrive at the hotel. I was not able to enter my room. The key did not work. There were no one in front desk. Light was completely off. I was stuck in dark without a room until after midnight. I had to struggle with the door for over an hour to get that door open. It was just bad management. After that I told them that I was not able to get into my room until after midnight and there were no one to help me. They still charge me half price. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Unterkunft ist aktuell nicht zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Zimmer war ok und sauber, Lage relativ zentral (ca. 10 Minuten zum Night Market + Riverfront)

Cons:

Transfer hat trotz Bestätigung nicht funktioniert, es war einfach niemand vor Ort (am Airport), auf Nachfrage hat keiner geantwortet. Rezeption war bei Ankunft unbesetzt (Mitarbeiter musste im Nebenraum von uns aufgeweckt werden). Am meisten hat gestört, dass das Hotel in Dollar gebucht wurde und zu einem sehr eigenwilligen Wechselkurs (23.000 Kip = 1US$ = 10% über Wechselkurs + 3% Visagebühren) abgerechnet wurde, auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt, dass das alle so machen = stimmt aber nicht, alle anderen von uns gebuchten Hotels rechnen direkt in US$ ab + die obligatorischen 3% Visagebühren. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption sprechen nahezu keinerlei Englisch, Kommunikation umständlich mit ÜbersetzungsApp (aber leidlich möglich). Frühstück besteht aus einer Auswahl an versch. zubereiteten Eiern + uraltem Toast = extrem hart und bröselig, (Instand-)Kaffee ohne Milch + alte Früchte + künstlichem Saft. Transport- und Tourangebote im Gegensatz zu den örtlichen Reisebüros deutlich überteuert (das Hotel ist lediglich ein Reseller der gleichen örtlichen Angebote)

Pros:

Comme dans beaucoup d’hôtels au Laos, il y a des chambres sombres au rez sentant parfois le moisi et celles avec balcon beaucoup plus lumineuses. Nous avons eu la 1ère version d’abord, puis la deuxième meilleure. Le petit déjeuner est correct et le personnel aimable.

Cons:

Loger dans une chambre au rez alors que nous avions réservé celle avec balcon.
Le 3 morceaux de toasts tout secs, le matelas un peu dur.

Pros:

Pokój który dostaliśmy po wymianie był bardzo dobry.

Cons:

Początkowo dostaliśmy pokój w którym bardzo śmierdziało szambem. Zapach ten unosił się z pomieszczenia obok naszego pokoju. Po zgłoszeniu tego problemu na recepcję, zgodzili się na wymianę naszego pokoju dzień później na pokój na wyższym piętrze bez dopłaty. Kolejny minus, to fakt iż personel niezbyt dobrze mówi po angielsku.

Хорошее расположение, приветливый персонал. Есть бассейн, но мы им не пользовались. Можно было остаться в холле после чек аута и дождаться своего рейса.
