For Btu travellers, READ THIS!
Pros:

Easiest check in ive done in my entire life. All online. No room keycard, only use pin for door so no cases like lost card. Room spacious & clean. They changed my toiletries even after i put the "change" sign in the afternoon. Value for money. Lots of restaurant nearby, got mini market across the street. Will stay here again next time in Btu.

Cons:

Maybe change the instant coffee to ones with Halal sih

overall stayed was good my 1st time visit and my family like the room.
Pros:

My Family like the room , room are big enough for us..

Cons:

at least hotel can prepare some basic cleaning tools (Broom or any) due to cleaning madde till 4pm only.

Aircond not cold..tidur berpeluh..even dah set temperature to low and fan to high...and if can..all room can give a fridge..because 1 book 3 room..only one room got fridge..but all same price..other than that very perfect..

The room is so big...clean...staff or property owner very fast response...but only a few things that I want to highlight for improvement...I book 3 room...1 room only have small fridge..2nd room only got microwave..and 3rd room dont have microwave and fridge...and then this all 3 room I got..aircon not so cold even temperature set at low and fan 3..I ask my other fmily member at other room also same response..other than that..all perfect...
