Pros:

Bed set is good and clean.

Cons:

the cleaning fee is the hidden cost
the room smells
surrounding has many places for dinner, however, only 1 shop for breakfast, which is 70 meters away.

Good Experience, Would Love a Cooking Spot
Pros:

Stayed 3 days and 2 nights at UniHome Bintulu. The place is clean, comfortable, and well-located. Staff were friendly and helpful. It would be nice if there was a small cooking area and some basic utensils like spoons and forks. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Overall good place
Pros:

Spacious and comfy for family of 5.
Availability of entertainment such as Netflix/Youtube.
Very clean space.

Cons:

No mirrors accept for the one in the bathroom.
Lack utensils.
If host can provide Auto washing machine would be better.
Upstairs neighbours were very noisy at 1 am (though stated in the rules that all resident were advised to be silent from 10 pm - 8 am)

Very clean.

Cons:

Password should be given at the 2 pm. Regardless whether we come at 5pm. Because time of stay is between 2pm and 11 am next morning and paid in advance.
