Good staff at reception and decent location and facilities.
The room next to me had uncivilized people who were making noise until 3am for two nights. There were groups of friends coming in all day and eating, blasting the TV and talking loudly, sometimes with their door open. I asked two of the bell boys to tell them to keep it down but I'm not sure if they did. I tried telling them myself twice however they carried on being loud.
Outside guests shouldn't be allowed after 10pm and the policy needs changing. I really couldn't sleep at night and was uncomfortable.

Someone from staff taken out cash from my wallet. No current for complete one night had to manage my things in complete dark
The geyser was not working in the morning and had to take a cold water bath. The location is ideal and stay was comfortable compared to the price.

Cleanliness could have been better especially bathroom GEYSER stopped working during our last day of stay. Breakfast is average, they kept repeating same menu. No kettle or iron box in room. EXHAUST fan often stopped working.
