入住第一天與房東確認當天只有我們入住，但大概晚上9、10點有其他人開鎖回來，當下非常震驚，傳訊息再與房東確認只收到「房間是私人的，廚房和廁所是共用的」回覆，之後詢問的問題就都沒有收到回覆了

NO VUELVO A HOSPEDARME AQUI!

La ubicación es perfecta

Al llegar el día que teníamos la reserva nos encontramos que la habitación que teníamos reservada para 3 personas estaba ocupada por una solo persona, hablamos con los responsables y nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada, así que estuvimos los 5 dias una pareja y un amigo en la misma habitación porque la habitación que habíamos reservado que eran 2 habitaciones en una no estaba disponible.
El día de nuestra salida prevista entre las 10 y las 10:30, llegaron 2 personas a las 8 de la mañana entraron en el apartamento, se sentaron en el sofá a mirarnos mientras nosotros preparabamos y tomábamos el desayuno, incluso una de ellas se quedó dormida.
Hicieron uso del microondas y del baño y todo esto mientras nosotros aun estábamos allí preparándonos para salir, le escribí al responsable y hasta hoy no he tenido respuesta.
Es verdad que cogimos este lugar por la puntuación y el precio, pero no volvería a quedarme aquí
Me pareció de muy mal gusto lo de la habitación que según ellos no lo podían solucionar y luego, ¿que pintan dos personas en el apartamento mientras yo sigo dentro? Osea yo entre a mi hora las 14h y estas dos personas a las 8 de la mañana....
HORRIBLE!!

Pros:

A major plus was the Smart TV with Wi-Fi; as it turned out later, none of our subsequent accommodations had a Smart TV. The rooms are large and spacious, everything was clean, and the kitchen was very well-equipped. We didn't use them, but salt, pepper, coffee, tea, and even cooking oil were provided.

Cons:

A major downside is the damaged flooring—missing tiles and floor panels covered up with scraps of linoleum. It is rather embarrassing that the owner hasn't fixed this yet. I also find the lack of a bathroom lock in the two-room apartment baffling; one doesn't feel safe while showering. The staff who arrived in the morning to clean up after the previous guests were very loud, laughing and shouting to each other from opposite ends of the apartment first thing in the morning. It is truly outrageous for staff to disturb the guests' peace like that.

Habitación aceptable en el centro de Zagreb
Pros:

Alojamiento céntrico, habitación amplia y cama cómoda

Cons:

La habitación era en un piso compartido junto con otra más, no nos gustó que la llave que abría nuestra habitación abría la otra habitación también y nos la encontramos un poco sucia, sobre todo el suelo por el que se veían pelusas

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, άνετος χώρος με κουζίνα και σαλόνι που μοιράζεσαι με ενα ακόμη δωμάτιο. Άμεση επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη και θα εμενα ξανά σίγουρα!!

Pros:

It was really nice and spacious, quiet, the kitchen was clean. Great location and we were able to check in early which was fabulous. The host was really nice and responded quickly

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, es gab eine große Küche mit Essbereich und auch ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt.

O alojamento era muito agradável, quarto ótimo, com espaço, lençois de seda, cozinha espetacular com utensilios, fogão e forno, microondas, café, mesa de jantar, pratos, tinha tudo o que seja necessário para fazer refeições. A casa de banho partilhada também era boa, com água quente e boa pressão. E encontra-se muito perto do sempre e a deslocação a pé era muito fácil. Na altura não tinha ar condicionado e estava muito calor, mas tinham duas ventoinas e funcionou bem. Tem WI FI e funciona bem.

Cons:

Os cortinados não eram muito bons e passava muita luz, quem tem dificuldade em dormir com luz e só consegue dormir no escuro, este não é uma excelente opção.

Nice lodgings with meh service in a lovely area
Pros:

The apartment is in a central location but without being on the main streets, a perfect situation. You have access to a kitchen and relevant cutlery and plates, a fridge and freezer, and a large living room/dining room. The bedroom we rented was incredibly spacious and the bed was quite comfortable!

Cons:

The AC in the bedroom wasn't working, and like others have said in their reviews, it would have been nice to have been told that. We had to ask the owners if we could move the standing AC into the bedroom. AC is really important for me due to medical issues, and I was told that it hadn't been working for the past two weeks, but if you actually look at reviews on this site, you will see that the ACs appear to have been broken for the entire summer. Likewise, the website listing said it had a drying rack to do laundry, and when we sent a message on whatsapp around noon asking where to find it, we were left on read. I messaged again through the Booking.com app, but only received a response at 9pm, well after the time most laundromats close. That was a bummer.

The bathroom doesn't have any ventilation whatsoever, so it has a bit of a bad smell that seems to linger well after anyone last used it.
