Appartamento con tutto il necessario, nella zona pedonale della città bassa, vicinissimo al centro. Ottima la comunicazione con i proprietari che rispondono sempre in tempi brevissimi. Ho soggiornato una settimana e ci tornerei. Personalmente mi è piaciuto. Niente fronzoli ma non manca nulla.
Migliorerei solo l'oscuramento delle finestre perchè in camera la luce arriva presto, nonostante le tende. Mancano le imposte, quindi sarebbe meglio installare delle tende oscuranti. Durante il mio soggiorno l'aria condizionata non funzionavai. C'erano i ventilatori, per me sufficienti ma per ch è abituato all'A/C potrebbe essere caldo d'estate.

● There are two rooms in the apartment. Guests share the living room, bathroom, and kitchen.
● I stayed there by myself, and the room felt incredibly spacious. The window faces a lively area in the Lower Town. It only takes about 5 minutes to walk to Ban Jelačić Square, and most of the main attractions are within easy walking distance.
● The host replies extremely fast . When I arrived, I somehow got confused and couldn’t open the door (totally my own mistake). I messaged the host, and they responded immediately, which made me feel very reassured.
● There were a few minor issues during my stay at the end of May : the washing machine was not available, the air conditioner in the living room was dripping, the kitchen faucet was leaking a little, and the floor was slightly uneven in some areas. However, considering the excellent location and the price, these things were very easy to overlook. Overall, it was still a fantastic stay!

This was a great location, and was very clean. We had a slight issue and the hosts immediately came to help us which was great.
The Aircon unit did not have a tube attached to let the hot air outside so it was unusable and it was just pumping hot air into the room at a faster rate than it was cold. We also found it a little confusing when arriving as we weren't sure which was our room and struggled to work the stiff lock to lock our room from the inside. However, the hosts were quick to respond to our messages so these problems were resolved.

The room was nice and clean, the staff always responded very quickly, and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a very pleasant stay and would gladly stay here again.

Phenomenal location, directly in the city centre, close to the train station, main square and also well connected to Zagreb‘s extensive tram system. Also we got an upgrade to the private apartment, which was lovely and very spacious. Thanks for that and the easy and direct communication! We could also leave our backpacks in the apartment, after checking out, which was great for us to explore Zagreb more easily.
Only issue was there was no key for the bathroom door. And no air conditioning. Rest is great. Good location. Kitchen was decent. Room was spacious and clean.
Everything was perfect. Good location, close to everything - landmarks, restaurants clubs. The apartment is very nice, clean sheets and everything that you need is provided. The host is very friendly and fast responding. It was very pleasant to stay in Rooms Gollner.
