Don’t stay at all. Wastage of money. This villa required deep clean. Full of insects everywhere. Villa is not safe at al

I don’t like the property at all. The actual property is totally different from the photos.

Cons:

kitchen is very dirty, and full of insects in the kitchen. I booked this villa for the family so I can use kitchen if I required, very worse condition at all. Can’t even touch any kitchen utensils very greasy all of them.

Lou en haar vriendelijkheid.
Twee slaapkamers.
Eigen zwembad

Cons:

Op de foto’s ziet het er mooier uit dan in werkelijkheid. Het is duidelijk dat deze villa in haar glorietijd prachtig moet zijn geweest, met een mooi ontwerp en uitzicht op de rijstvelden. Helaas is het nu vergane glorie en echt toe aan onderhoud. Jammer genoeg wordt op de foto’s vooral de mooiste villa afgebeeld, terwijl de villa waarin wij verbleven daar niet mee te vergelijken was.

De algemene indruk is ook wat rommelig. De receptie staat vol met kapotte meubels, wat een slordige en verwaarloosde indruk geeft.

De service is verder goed. Lou is vriendelijk, begroet je hartelijk en reageert snel op WhatsApp-berichten. Haar hond Bonnie is lief, maar wij vonden het toch niet zo fris dat hij zomaar de villa binnenliep. Lou is dat duidelijk gewend, maar voor gasten voelt het wat ongemakkelijk.

Vanwege de vriendelijkheid van Lou en haar gastvrije houding geef ik deze accommodatie toch een voldoende.

Pros:

Great villa with private pool and kitchen area outdoor. Very quiet.

Cons:

The address was hard to find for drivers either for excursions or food delivery.
You can only access the villas via a walking path, which of great for peace and quiet, but not when you arrive and leave and have a bunch of suitcases!
The bathroom would need a refresh!

V okolí Villy jsou restaurace a je to cca 2 km do centra.

Cons:

Villa už by potřebovala renovaci, výhled je na rozestavěné něco, za cenu jsme čekali trošku lepší kvalitu. Do horního patra vedou docela prudké schody. Přístup k vile je také zvláštní.

The place is not clean enough. I Found 2 Centipedes on the Shower during shower. Wastafel so dirty. Room Door is bit broken.

A comfortable stay with many amenities, would stay again.
Pros:

Beautiful wee villa with a private pool.
Washing service was very handy.
Excellent communication from the manager.
Lots of places to eat near by including a convenience store.
Quiet and peaceful location.
Beds were firm but comfortable.
Air conditioning.
Tidy and well presented.
Didn’t have any problems with mosquitoes/ flies ect.

Cons:

Unfortunately it was raining a lot when we visited and the open concept living got a little wet and slippery.
Location is a wee bit far from central ubud. We did walk once but we mostly used grab/gojek which was pretty cheap.
Could do with a deep clean - particularly in bathroom area around shower grout/silicone, bath and sink drains, some staining to sheets

Pros:

Is a little bit far out from the centre to walk so limited eating places unless you got transport (although we found a good place that we went to a bit)! The dog kept coming through the door and sleeping on the outdoor furniture so that all stunk of the dog.
There was plenty of space but it was a bit tired.

The Villa was equipped with a lounge, tv and pool which suited the family.

Luh was friendly. For

Cons:

The Villa had no sound proofing at all. So we could hear the people moving the chairs all night in the Villa next door, dogs barking all night. Also no gutters so the rain just absolutely gushes into the pool which makes an extremely loud sound.

I asked for towels many times as the children kept slipping on the wet floors and the staff would only bring me 1 towel which just wasn't enough when it was wet.

We feel like the photos on booking.com are not of the individual villa that you book. We had no sun lounges like the photos suggest so nothing to sit by the pool on etc

Private & Quiet Ubud Villa
Pros:

The property is nice & clean & can fit all 12 of us since we booked all three villas
. Very private if you’re looking for privacy & quiet.
There’s a really really good restaurant nearby too! The Bali pesto. Try it!!

There’s also a nearby Circle K (convenience store) beside the Bali Pesto.

Cons:

The location is just a bit far from the center but it’s my fault I didn’t do enough research.

Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist insgesamt in Ordnung, auch wenn nicht alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Luh, die Besitzerin, ist unglaublich herzlich, fürsorglich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich, und die Anlage war durchweg sauber und gepflegt.

Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – sauber, angenehm temperiert und ideal zum Schwimmen. Die Ausstattung ist zwar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, was in Asien durch Klima und Nutzung oft schneller geschieht, aber alles war funktional und wie auf den Fotos dargestellt.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
