Выбрали виллу для удалённой работы и не прогадали - интернет стабильно выдавал 100Мбит/с. И максимально тихо вокруг, ничего не мешает.
Комната была просторная, с огромной ванной комнатой и балконом. В комнате есть два стола для работы, но можно ходить работать на крышу или спускаться на первый этаж - там много столов и можно удобно расположиться.
Кондиционер супер, кровать очень удобная, есть чайник в номере. Можно пользоваться общей кухней (их на вилле три) и бассейном, на крыше есть барбекю.
Расположена вилла на возвышении, до дороги минут 7-10 пешком. Рядом с дорогой на рынке можно купить фрукты, там же есть несколько заведений, где можно покушать. Там же недалеко есть остановка бесплатного автобуса 19.
Grab (такси и доставка еды) приезжали без проблем.
Ребята на вилле очень приветливые, помогали с вопросами, давали советы, но без навязчивости, что тоже ценно.
К вилле вопросов нет, всё супер. Но лучше брать байк, чтобы быть свободнее в перемещениях. По вечерам в округе нет освещения, пешком особо до дороги не дойти в темноте. А на байке и остров в выходной день посмотреть можно, и вечером поужинать съездить.

This place is just perfect, especially for digital nomads. The rooms are big and comfortable. Some rooms have a kitchen, but there are also 2 kitchens available in the house. Facilities such as the swimming pool, free drinking water, a free washing machine & and bbq where a total plus! Sergi the owner is a friendly guy who is always very responsive. You can even order some bean machine coffee for a reasonable fee. For digital nomads there is space to work outside the room or inside the room. The wifi works perfect, we never had problems and the kitchens are well equipped. We loved the location, it’s quiet and it offers great views over the sea and jungle. We even got to see the sunset from the rooftop terrace almost every night. The villa is perfectly situated in Phu Quoc, right in the middle of the island, within 10 minutes (scooter) you’ll be in the town. It’s also a possibility to rent a scooter via Sergi for a good price.
It’s located at a quiet spot. The room is nicely decorated.
The basin in the bathroom was too small, and the shower was not enclosed.

From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the atmosphere. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and plenty of natural light, creating a fresh and welcoming vibe. Everything is well-organized, and we immediately felt at home.
Hospitality - We were greeted by the caretaker of the villa, who was incredibly friendly and always responsive whenever we needed anything.
Amenities - it offers a variety of rooms, from cozy studios to more spacious apartments, some with kitchens and some without. The villa has two shared kitchens—one on the ground floor and another on the rooftop, which also features a BBQ grill. Both kitchens are well-equipped, so you can prepare your meals easily.
There’s also a nice swimming pool that guests can enjoy anytime, as long as quiet hours are respected.
Workspaces & Remote Work-Friendly Features - For digital nomads or anyone needing a comfortable place to work, Lecolau Villa has three dedicated workspaces:
- Ground-level workspace – Includes a newly separated quiet room for those who need maximum focus.
- Rooftop workspace – Offers tables, hammocks, and an incredible view of both the mountains and the sea. 🌄🌊
- Basement-level workspace – A cozy area overlooking the pool, perfect for a relaxing yet productive work session.
Our Room & Experience
We stayed in a studio on the first floor with a kitchen, as we love to cook when we can. The room had two balconies, and the aesthetic was dreamy—minimalist yet cozy. The bed was large and super comfortable, and we had a spacious closet.
The bathroom was modern, but one thing to note (if you’re not used to it) is that the shower has no walls, so the water spreads across part of the floor. This is quite common in Southeast Asia, and after a few showers, we got used to it.
Location & Accessibility
Anything you might need is in between 5 and 15 minutes on a scooter from the villa.
The only small downside was the lack of containers for storing food, which meant we had to cook just for one meal at a time. But other than that, everything was perfect.
The vila is amazingly designed, they have 3 kitchens to make ur own food with best equipment. 3 floors for working area including meeting room. Really perfect for a nomads.
