I’d highly recommend Astoria!
Pros:

I had a really comfortable stay. The room was really cozy and bathroom specifically was well laid-out. I also loved the convenience of breakfast being available at the hotel.

Great hotel, comfy beds, would recommend
Pros:

Got upgraded to a lovely room with a balcony. Lots of space & lovely comfortable beds. Breakfast was also very good.

Cons:

One elevator for the whole hotel makes for a slow journey back from breakfast!!

Excellent day, great location, and helpful stuff
Pros:

The property was walking distance from the train station and the lake. Also walking distance to old town. The facility was clean. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like about the facility

Zimmer sind hellhörig, man versteht jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarzimmer. Die Bäder sind etwas antiquiert, enger rutschiger Einstieg in die hohe Badewanne zum Duschen.

Pros:

Solamente la ubicación.

Cons:

Habitación … 1) Super pequeña para 3 pax. 2) No tiene lugar para la vestimenta, hubo que dejar toda en las maletas, ni una mísera percha y menos aún guardarropas. 3) No tiene frigobar. 4) Internét prácticamente inexistente.

Pros:

Decent room. Stayed at herjog premium. Men at reception were great. I don't recall their names though.

Cons:

Poor bus connectivity. Railway station is just a km but u have to walk 300 mtr to get to a bus. And u can't walk a km with luggage.

Nice but not memorable
Pros:

The pros were a big very comfortable bed (which made for a very good nights sleep), a good spacious bathroom with a big shower which had two different shower heads and could comfortably fit two people. There were plenty of towels with toiletries (soap, body conditioner etc.).

The room was well laid out, tidy and quiet. We were able to manage the air conditioner controls quite easily so the temperature was just right.
There was a television that boasted English channels (ITV also) but we ended up not using it.

We really enjoyed the breakfast the next morning. Both English and Continental were offered - with plenty of different options available - croissants, toast, Gipfeli, jams, marmalades, yogurts, fruit, cold meats and so on. The staff were friendly and attentive during the breakfast.

Cons:

Upon check-in, you would be advised to get concrete directions to your room as the hotel seems to be split over two buildings (or so we were told by a staff member) and we did end up a bit lost.

Even though the bed was really comfortable, the room was very generic - perhaps some more small pictures, vase, mural etc. - something - it just felt a bit empty, that something was missing besides the milk for the coffee machine.
The view from the room was not very nice, looking out at a concrete courtyard and across at the other rooms - maybe some flowers and vegetation in the courtyard may have helped here?
The room safe could be a bit bigger as I could not fit my 11¨ iPad in it.

To be honest, we found the hotel to have no real ambience or something unique / different / memorable that would make it stand out. Perhaps, the introduction of a theme would help differentiate it from other hotels and make it more memorable - something incorporating the history of Luzern?

As there was only one lift available, we decided to check out earlier so as to avoid any rush / potential delay the next morning.

We felt, bearing in mind the view and genericness of the room, we felt that the price paid was a bit high.

For a quick visit to Luzern, this was a good choice for location, cleanliness, comfortable bedding.
Pros:

very clean. very polite staff. Nice bedding for third person in each room I reserved. Less than 10 min to train station. Close to river walk.

Cons:

shower drain did not drain well. Called front desk, but maintenance didn't get to it while we were staying. The other room I reserved had no problem. Due to low lip of the shower stall, water started to overflow.

Pros:

Payer Fr 380 pour une nuit et ne pas pouvoir dormir car extrêmement bruyant !!!

Aucune indication pour placer nos vélos et charger la batterie.
Beaucoup de groupes le client individuel n est visiblement pas le bienvenu !
Vraiment pas satisfaisant pour le prix et pdj et taxe en sus ...!!!
