Good hotel, average service level can be better.
Pros:

- great breakfast
- great staff Raquel facilitated extended check out and Daniel at the lunch buffet was very kind
- fresh water daily in the room

Cons:

- room not ready on afternoon arrival. This is below par of other international hotel despite check in at 3pm.
- There was an event at the top floor which was noticeable from the 15th floor. Too much noise
- front reception understaffed during event leading to long waiting time to handle basic requests
- gym too small

Pros:

i really liked the bathroom. it was perfect! and the fact that there are no carpets on the floors. makes the room appear more clean. All the staff was really polite, helpful and smiling.

Cons:

the pillows in the bed. the only letdown i had were the pillows. they were high and hard.
