It was very efficient, clean and was exactly what we needed.
There was a little lack of character, but that was to be expected

La proximité avec l’aéroport (7 euros pour un Uber et distance à pied environ 10-12minutes). Localisation dans un quartier huppé de Lisbonne.
C’est un 5 étoiles, donc évidemment tout est plus dispendieux (rooftop bar, menu nourriture). Mais sinon tout est parfait.
Sehr modernes Hotel, mit großen Zimmern und sehr bequemem Bett. Modernes, sehr sauberes Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschtisch und Badewanne. In der Ausstattung wurde das Thema der portugiesischen Fliesen aufgenommen. Das war sehr ansprechend.
Online Check out war möglich; ebenso ein früherer Check in. Die Dachterrasse war super schön, toll zum relaxen.
Das Frühstück war klasse. Auswahl, Frische und Präsentation war sehr ansprechend. Es hat nichts gefehlt! Kaffee wurde frisch nach Wünschen zubereitet und an den Tisch gebracht.
Freundliches Personal
Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke nicht bestens geeignet. Aber die Busanbindung nach Alfama und den Hafen ist direkt vor der Tür.
Die Preise für Getränke und Speisen auf der Dachterrasse waren im Vergleich zur Stadt sehr hoch.
превосходный завтрак, единственное что соответствует в отеле уровню 5 звезд. Работница ресепшена, которая в идиотской ситуации, одна на всю зону ресепшена как-то пыталась искренне найти решение проблем
Полное несоответствию уровню 5 звезд. По приезду, в 17 часов в отле присутствовала одна девушка на ресепшене, которая не справлялась с потоком задач. Никто не мог помочь с доставкой багажа в номер. Была очередь на регистрацию. Мне дали отвратительный, маленький, прокуренный номер на втором этаже с видом на кусок крыши, дорогу и ж/д линию. Еще и угловой, размером наверное не более 15 метров. Пришлось требовать улучшения. Нас переселили в номер на 11 этаже, но тоже не сильно большой, с видом на ту же ж/д линию. Окна было открыть невозможно. В гостинице толпы пьяных англичан, с которыми персонал справиться не может. Сам отель какой-то душный и ощущение что прокуренный. карточки для дверей периодически перестают работать то в номере, то в лифте. По моему мнению максимум это 3 звезды
