Comfortable beds, very clean and neat hotel in a good location if you want to the near the Tagus Marina. Staff very friendly, we got early check in and a room upgrade.

Cons:

Only thing I could complain about was the WiFi did not reach our room. We have Portuguese phone numbers with Internet so it didn’t matter but as a foreigner who may need Wi-Fi in a five star hotel, I would think that this can be fixed quite easily as it could become a problem for such a person.
