It's your typical tokyo stay. You get what you pay for, but less.
Pros:

Location is alright, easy straightforward walk to Ueno station. Close to other stations and easy quite walk. Best part was closeness to the Post office. Aircon worked. Shower was warm.

Cons:

Didn't use their breakfast, it ends at 9am which was too early for me.
the room layout is bad, there is a step to enter the bathroom, and when leaving there is a mirror right outside so when you trip down the step, you go straight into the mirror... At least the mirror is strong to not break so easily.
Only gave 1 pillow, very unconfortable pillow.
Elevator was really slow, no stair access.

還行，二樓比較好
Pros:

床算好躺
照片是第二次入住時的房型，在二樓，我比較喜歡
第一次住五樓，格局給人太擁擠的感覺
