Servicio muy atento y amable. Habitaciones muy bien equipada!
Pros:

Fueron muy amables y atentos a mis necesidades. Me recomendaron comida típica en el mismo hotel y fueron de mucha ayuda para el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto y transporte a otra parte del país!

Cons:

Para el check-out, que salí muy temprano no había nadie en recepción como me prometieron y tuve que tirar la llave en la mesita!
Fue un poco frío pero todo lo demás superbien!

The pool

Cons:

The rooms—especially the restrooms—are starting to feel very dated. I’ve stayed here three times (2017, 2022, and now 2026), and unfortunately, I’ve noticed a decline over time. During this most recent visit, the restrooms seemed worn down, with signs of poor upkeep and things not in the best condition.

Additionally, the toiletries provided (shampoo and soap) felt very low quality compared to what you would expect. Overall, the experience hasn’t kept up with the standard it once had.
