The noise at Hotel Mozonte in Nicaragua made it impossible to sleep. The staff seemed to be there only to collect money, and the cleanliness was not up to standard.
The breakfast they call a “buffet” was very disappointing, and the staff serving the food were not very friendly. The noise from the pool late at night was also terrible.
When we had a problem with the central air conditioning, instead of helping us, the staff became annoyed and gave us an attitude. Their response was simply, “The air conditioning is working,” even though it was clearly not cooling properly.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Hay mucho personal para lo sucio que está, los baños huelen mucho a orines, por la noche se ven cucarachas por el baño etc.

El aseo, las toallas tenían manchas oscuras, el baño olía a orines como si no lo hubieran lavado antes, en el cielo raso de la habitación se escuchaba como corrían los ratones y además a pesar que dije que iba con niños en la habitación de al lado había una pareja teniendo relaciones y se escuchaba todo.
La ubicación y la relación calidad precio. La comida muy rica.
Cucarachas en el baño, y el sitio donde se hacía el desayuno podría mejorar su apariencia.

Het restaurant was verhuurd als feest locatie tot 24:00. Wat de volgende ochtend weer doorging bij het zwembad.
