Estaban haciendo trabajos de construcción en la habitación de al lado y no nos avisaron, la habitación aún olía a pintura y el hecho de que el restaurante no permitiera cargar el pago a la habitación es algo inconveniente

Pros:

Nous y avons séjourné deux fois à notre arrivée et la nuit avant notre départ. Nous avons eu notre première nuit du côté opposé à l’office (donc pas rénové) et la 2e dans la partie principale rénovée. Quelle différence!

1. Aire acondicionado en mal estado.
Lo reporte desde un inicio y no me reubicaron, tuve que dormir sin aire toda la.noche.
No tienen estacionamiento privado.
Baño hace demasiado ruido cuando llena. Lavamanos desperdicia el agua.
Dispensador para lavarse las manos no sirve.

Bel hôtel à considérer à Managua.
Pros:

La première nuitée était confortable avec une belle chambre. Par contre, lors de notre deuxième séjour, un grand groupe avait pris une grande partie de l'hôtel et nous avons été mis dans la pire chambre de l'hôtel ce qui était très dommage. De plus, nous sommes arrivés à 9h30 pour le déjeuner et il ne restait plus rien étant donné que le groupe avait tout pris avant. Aucune anticipation de la part de leur équipe.

Cons:

La propreté générale était bonne ainsi que le confort général de la chambre. La cour intérieure avec la piscine est aussi très agréable. Le déjeuner est très bon et copieux.

Cons:

The noise at Hotel Mozonte in Nicaragua made it impossible to sleep. The staff seemed to be there only to collect money, and the cleanliness was not up to standard.

The breakfast they call a “buffet” was very disappointing, and the staff serving the food were not very friendly. The noise from the pool late at night was also terrible.

When we had a problem with the central air conditioning, instead of helping us, the staff became annoyed and gave us an attitude. Their response was simply, “The air conditioning is working,” even though it was clearly not cooling properly.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
