The manager needs to be changed and the staffs but mainly the manager is unserious with the place.

Needed more towels.
This location is indeed right on the beach. But there should be more details about getting there. The bigger access roads are manned by people who ask for beach access fees.
Due to not being able to use the main access roads, had to let go of my taxi, and took a motorbike ride with one of the hotel staff to get to the hotel. The room was clean but the door was broken and there was no way to lock my room door at night. I would definitely not stay here again unless this facility actually made the right improvements as it's a great location. They kept informing me someone was on their way to fix the door for the entire 2 nights I stayed. I had to barricade myself as best as I could to have some form of safety while sleeping.
The hotel is very clean and spacious , you have your own private beach right in front of your room, the staff very friendly, good food
Accessibility to the hotel via car, my vehicle was damaged because of the sand, front bumper was ripped off, it’s near impossible maneuvering your vehicle in the sand
Hotel location is perfect, right on the beach. Staff were friendly and willing to please. View from the executive suite was perfect.
Door to the room did not secure and basic things like towels had to be requested. Room could have been better cleaned. Kitchen initially served up excellent meals but failed miserably the second day, serving overcooked versions of Jollof and fried rice. Air conditioning was almost non-existent on both days and on day 2 we lost power in the middle of the night causing the room to become an oven. Opening the patio door provided the only relief but this let in salty spray and fine beach sand.
The breakfast and view.
The water didn’t stay on , the room had roaches, the first guy that greeted us was great. The breakfast was good but everything else was not to my liking. The AC and WiFi is not 24 hours . The TV only had maybe 2 channels. I get things are expensive but your running a business that was promoted online make it show the truth and not picture of lies
The location was beautiful and the views were absolutely amazing. I woke up every day to a beautiful scene and I really appreciated the fact that the waves were so comfortable to hear. I slept with the door to the balcony open so I can hear the ocean and it was very safe to do. So do you anything was the TV wasn’t really functional as well as it could have the Wi-Fi kept on disconnecting otherwise everything was really good. The staff are so amazing and helpful and the food was absolutely great 10 out of 10
I didn’t like that there was nothing else to do on a beach other than go to the beach. I had to stay there for about seven days, so I thought like I had nothing to do after the first three days, but it was still worth it.
The beach... it was quite relaxing and was the ONLY attraction
First off, the reality did NOT meet expectation and it was OVERPRICED!
Secondly, no other attractions except the beach.
Third, the no refund policy is totally bullocks. Had to forfeit a night's accommodation as I had an emergency change of itinerary and I did not get a refund for the night not spent.
The view was amazing at day time.
If you want my honest opinion…I had the most expensive suite but it was not at all worth the price paid. But the ladies at the desk were very very kind and the breakfast was very nice! Omelet and bread and a chicken sausage and tea… but the suite really was not clean and dated and the sink in the bathroom had major leakage so when I turn it on water was pooring over the floor 🤣🤣🤣. Also to reach the place is very hard because the car get stuck in the sand 2 times . There is no road.. but if you like adventure and rest … it’s a good place to be and the ladies of the hotel made it all a lot better .
