Awful hotel! Horrible customer service and staff working there are so rude and unprofessional. Avoid booking at all costs!!

It's not hotel! It's room in the house with bathroom, no have view from the window. But for this price it's fine

TL,DR: The building was awful, the door was broken, the electricals didn't work, there were wires everywhere, the shower screen had half missing, water was brown at the beginning, the window looked at a grim courtyard, music was loud until late...

We were not expecting a 5* hotel for the price, but I think there's a bare minimum most accommodations must cover - I'd say this room was under that minimum.
The worst part was that the door was broken, it genuinely looked like it had been kicked/broken in, and it didn't just stay closed once you shut it, you had to lock it with the key because the normal lock was broken - look at the pictures, it's even missing wood like it's been ripped! After seeing that, the next thing we notice is the TV screen is cracked, and the shower is missing half of the doors - it looked like there had been a fight or someone had broken in, it all felt very dodgy and a bit unsafe.
The main door to the building was always unlocked - there was a code but it was not required, you could just push it in.

The window was looking into a courtyard that had the back of 7 or 8 air conditioning units, so the sound was very loud, could hear the "humming" even with the window closed. No light, not much air.
The room had terrible finishes, with loose wires and such. Plug socket near the bed didn't work because it was not wired in. Some light switches didn't do anything because of the same.
It was also somewhat dirty, like it hasn't ever been deep cleaned, just superficially cleaned.
There were no nightstands, so couldn't even leave your earplugs or phone next to the bed unless they were on the (dirty) floor.

Overall we were just uncomfortable and looking forward to the stay finishing, which is a shame because we loved the city and especially that Karakoy area.

TV set didn't show any program. No personal, you can not ask iron or something like that...
Street with restaurants is quite expensive if compare with other district.

I reserved superior bedroom (view on street) but got the deluxe bedroom (view on wall). Also no hot water in the shower (or i couldnt manage it myself, also possible).
