The room was well serviced by their house keeping, clean enough. The staffs from reception, house keeping and restaurant
Pros:

Not so much of the property as I didn’t realise it’s not that big. Location is good.

Cons:

- The front exterior is old and dated.
- No car park or dripping off for hotel guests.
- The reception area is not air conditioned, busy, too small to be called a reception - the staff were taking turns to use the computer on
only 2 desks!
- Too many staff were standing behind the
desks crowding the reception area which is already crowded and small. Luggages on trolley for checking out guests were parked at the entry.
- Only one restaurant (but good food and great service from the waiters) non air conditioning and it feels like we’re sitting on a road side cafe.
- Lighting overall the reception area and hallways are too dimmed.

We had a pleasant stay
Pros:

Staff were lovely. Free buggy to beach had pool to ourselves most of time

Cons:

On booking.com it looks like property is on beach. It’s not. Pool is mostly in the shade & you can’t eat or drink at pool. Beds were comfortable but nowhere to sit in room or balcony unless it’s on the bed

I will definitely stay here again , it was just great
Pros:

The staff here are the best, they are so friendly and always willing to help especially the trainees . The hotel is very well maintained and cleaned to a very high level. We attended a kebab/bbq night they had and the food was exceptional even included a free drink , highly recommend this !

Very happy overall a great mid range motel

The location is great! Staff are very friendly!

Major miscommunications between staff left me feeling frustrated and I had to spend 30 mins waiting for them to fix their mistake.
