The rooms were very comfortable.
The bidet gun leaked onto the toilet floor so I had to switch off the water mains every time I flushed the toilet then switch it on to prevent the floor getting too slippy and dangereous. Very tedious.
I was disappointed that no beer could be purchased with dinner whereas when I stayed previously at the Horison Hotel before it was the Grand Zuri, you could buy beer with your dinner. Not good! Also nowhere near to buy it, so if you like an occasional beer this place is not for you.
The rooms were comfortable.
The bidet gun in the bathroom leaked which meant I had to switch off the mains water every time I flushed the toilet, otherwise the floor was slippery and dangerous.
Very disappointed I couldnt buy a beer with my dinner. When I stayed at this hotel previously when it was the Horison, you could buy beer with dinner. Also there was nowhere near you could buy beer. Next time I will use another hotel where I can buy beer.
Location
It’s a bit dated. There was a string odor in the bathroom, which was damp and never could dry. The AC wasn’t really cool.
No hand soap, even on request they just have offered to place the shower gel beside the sink, but then there is no shower gel in the shower.
The breakfast is good 👍
The room is old & dirty, shower drainage & sink clogged, no hand towels, no face towels & iron only by request.
