The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and tidy. It was a cold day, but the rooms were already warm upon our arrival.
The shower pressure was low, and we had no water the following day before we left. I called the office to report the problem. The man replied that the town water was finished, that the backup water was open, and that I should leave the taps open to let the air out and that we would get some water. At the time of our departure, there was still no water. When we went for breakfast, the lady at reception remarked that the borehole was frozen, which was the reason we had no water.
The restaurant menu and bottled water are expensive.
The lodge is conveniently located and close to amenities. The breakfast was also nice
On Monday the 10th of August the day of check out, there was no water. So had to leave without showering
The location was decent. Quiet and place is too big with huge parking lot.
1. The toilet flushing mechanism didn't work. Had to manually open the lid to flush.
2. In the morning the hot water had a very low pressure into the bath. I had to use the kettle to quicken the process.
I liked the place and the room but they need to look into minor maintenance regularly, especially Plumbing. A shower would also be a good thing or even cheaper, the one built in the bath for client's convenience.
It’s on the N14, easy access and easy to identify.

Location is very good
Room did not have any aircon and it was extremly cold.
Breakfast was amazing, place was clean and staff were friendly but the manager was sour, did not greet.
There was a disturbing sound from the roof after flushing the toilet. quite unpleasant.
There was a dog roaming around. Not everyone is comfortable with a dog walking around especially the reception area where people enter.
The staff and facilities were very comfortable
The furniture and facilities are a bit outdated and needs to be refurbished
