Amazing break for winter sun
Pros:

Just come home from a 5 day break with my family, we absolutely loved it, amazing location, looking over the sea, so close to coral bay strip, gorgeous walks. The staff are so so friendly an couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely be coming back again.

Pros:

Miejsce, tuż nad wodą. Bardzo miły gospodarz. Oddzielna sypialnia, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Basen był, wyglądał fajnie, nie korzystałem bo za zimna pogoda.

Cons:

Bez klimatyzacji zimno w apartamencie. Łazienka mogła by bardziej schludna. Klimatyzacja dodatkowo płatna.

Die guten Bewertungen sind für uns nicht nachvollziehbar.
Pros:

Der Ansprechpartner Andreas war freundlich.
(Leider endet das Positive hier auch schon.)

Unsauberer, modriger Geruch schon beim Betreten des Studios .
Völlig durchgelegene Matratze, Schlaf nicht erholsam. 
Kühlschrank brummt laut, extrem hellhörig
keine Ruhe möglich

Bad unhygienisch: verschimmeltes Fenster, Waschbecken winzig, Beleuchtung kalt und unangenehm

Zehenbeißer auf dem Boden beim ersten Betreten nach Ankunft.
Küche: Zeranfeld gesprungen und billig geklebt – potenziell gefährlich!

TV: arabisch/griechisch – nur wenig internationalen Programme

Eine Glühbirne fehlte einfach in der Lampe (Deckenbeleuchtung).
Balkon bietet keinerlei Privatsphäre, Nachbarn können immer auf den Essenstisch blicken.
Lärm vom Nachbarhotel bis spät in die Nacht, morgens früh um 6 Uhr bereits Lärm (Laubsauger etc.) durch Hausmeister vom Nachbarhotel, ab 8:30 Uhr wird auf dem Hotelgelände direkt unter den Balkonen dann auch begonnen mit Rasenmähen etc.
Pool- und Außenbereich ungepflegt: Schmutz, durchgelegene Liegen, einige Sonnenschirme
 defekt, Pool wirkt nicht einladend zum Schwimmen
Gesamte Anlage wirkt veraltet und stark vernachlässigt.
Geschirr riecht auch modrig. Mussten wir gleich zu Beginn nach Ankunft durchspülen und gründlich waschen.
In den Ecken wird nicht gründlich geputzt.
Wir fühlten uns in der gesamten Anlage nicht wohl.
Die Flure/Treppenhaus sind extremst hellhörig und sobald jemand die Eingangstür von einem Studio oder Appartement öffnet oder schließt, hallt es durch das gesamte Treppenhaus/Flure. Ein großer Spalt zwischen Eingangstür und Wand.

Wir haben nach wenigen Minuten beschlossen, die Unterkunft zu verlassen – eine Woche hier wäre unvorstellbar gewesen.

Fabulous apartments with a beautiful view
Pros:

View outstanding and being able to hear the waves was unreal
Apartment was very comfortable
Location is good for coastal walks but would recommend a car
Gardens were beautifully maintained and pool area was spotless

Cons:

Sadly our neighbours were chain smokers and because of the design of the balconies we ended up with smoke throughout the apartment. Which meant we had to come off the balcony and close the windows at times. In addition inconsiderate use of mobile phones and facetime and watching movies loudly on the balcony when you just want to chill with a drink or read a book was not good.
We understand that the owners have no control over this but it was a real shame that these neighbours had no consideration for others.

Amazing! I will certainly come again!
Pros:

Outstanding Accommodation. The apartment was super clean and modern, had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The view is amazing and its only 10 minutes to Paphos center by car. Maria and Andreas are super friendly and attentive and made my (too short) stay one to remember.
