Worst decision to book hotel chaplin.

What did you like? the question itself is wrong.... because i have nothing to tell. but there is a long list of items that i did not like.

Cons:

Almost everything. i travelled to pondicherry thinking of spending some good time. but first thing that i was welcomed is this hotel. there was no proper parking. OK, the staff told us its roadside parking, but that was also not proper. it was just next to public garbage bin. they did not even bother to ask/ help carry the luggagge. the room was untidy, stinking, no proper AC, ventilation, broen windows, no Heater/ geyser provided until we asked. the entire place was super slippery, it smelled.
i genuinly regret booking hotel chaplin. and i firmly appeal everyone reading this comment, please please please refrain from booking/ staying at overpriced Hotel Chaplin at Pondicherry.

Zentrale Lage. Fußläufig zum alten Zentrum.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr laut und hellhörig. Ein Fenster war defekt und nur noch durch Kabelbinder mit der Verankerung gesichert. Achtung - Partyhotel! Laute Gäste, Streitereien im Flur mitten in der Nacht, Diskobetrieb im Keller!

Pathetic experience
Pros:

Except for the location, nothing is good, the hotel looks good from outside but inside the room for the amount they're charging its pathetic. Very bad experience for the price I paid for. Only good thing is location and nothing else.
I can say bathroom area was clean.

Cons:

I found the staff to be a bit rude on multiple instances, except for 1 individual whom I met in the morning, he was supportive and assisting but apart from that staff didn't seem to be welcoming.
Also, the room was not well prepared, I had to ask for the toiletries and had to fetch myself.
I expect good hospitality if I am paying a high price for my stay.
