The receptionists are extremely helpful and courteous
Pros:

Property is in excellent location with short walk to center of town, train station or mall.

Room was spacious and clean and had small kitchen in case you wanted to cook .

Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Durch den Tunnel ist man ganz schnell in der Innenstadt und im Theater sowie auf dem wunderbaren Panoramaweg an der Eisack.

Pros:

Es handelt sich um ein modernes Boarding House. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein nettes Bistro. Gute Busanbindung in die Innenstadt bzw 15 min Fußweg in Innenstadt oder zum Bahnhof.

Cons:

Bei den Zimmern auf der Ostseite des Hauses kann man leider den schönen Balkon wegen der nahe gelegenen Autobahn nicht nutzen. Das Einzelbett ist max 1 m breit obwohl Platz genug da wäre für ein etwas größeres Bett.

Cons:

Die Lage war durch die Entfernung von der Stadt und die Lärmbeeinflussung durch die Autobahn nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprechend. Das gefangene 2. Bett ist nur was für junge Menschen.

Estancia superior en Bolzano
Pros:

Se trata de un pequeño apartamento con cocina, que incluye utilizar el gimnasio. Las vistas a las montañas y al río Adige son espectaculares.

Cons:

Aunque estuve tres noches, creo que no deberían limpiar una vez por semana, es bastante tiempo.

Modernes Hotel nicht weit von der Altstadt entfernt
Pros:

Das Apartment-Hotel liegt nicht weit von der Altstadt entfernt und ist offensichtlich noch recht neu. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist neu und alles war sehr sauber inklusive einem neuen Spüllappen und Küchenschwämmchen. Das Zimmer ist klein, jedoch ist alles, was notwendige ist vorhanden. Es gibt im Untergeschoss die Möglichkeit Tischtennis zu spielen. Im Untergeschoss gibt es eine kostenpflichtige Garage und die Möglichkeit Fahrräder abzustellen. Es gibt ein separates Restaurant, das an das Hotel angegliedert ist. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem Radweg, auf welchem mann innerhalb von 5 Minuten in der Altstadt ist.

Cons:

Die Flure sollten täglich durch das Öffnen der Fenster belüftet werden. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Muy nuevo, muy limpio, con terracita, mucha luz, y con cocina y todo lo necesario para una estancia más larga. Está muy bien

La ubicación es fuera del centro, y no hay bus ni nada, tienes que caminar 15 minutos si o sí, y ham bloqueado algunos pasos que lo harían mas fácil

Beware of the very loud outdoor music events on the premises on a Friday and Saturday night!
Pros:

Loved the view of the Dolomites from our balcony. Good little kitchenette.

Cons:

On arrival the receptionist only validated our room key cards for 1 night despite staying for 2. This meant on returning the car to the car park, we were locked in! Our key cards would not open the security doors! Panic! In the end I had the brainwave to get back into the car and drive out to speak to the reception staff, but what if we had returned after 7pm when there were no reception staff? We would have been totally locked out of our room or in the car park! The staff should have been more careful to avoid this. The other real problem was the noise. On both nights there were outside music events immediately below our balcony. Even with the doors closed the noise was deafening and this went on until late! We were not warned about this before (or we could have asked for a room on the other side of the block of flats or on a higher floor and further away from the music venue). These two aspects spoilt our stay as otherwise it would have been a lovely location!
