Pros:

Very spacious room with living room and kitchen! All service staff is very friendly and helpful. Settle all issues we have. Breakfast is simple but great too.

Pros:

Hemos estado alojados 3 noches y la verdad que hemos estado muy cómodos en un apartamento de dos habitaciones y dos baños. Muy cómodas las camas, muy espacioso y lujoso, el personal muy amable en todo momento, el desayuno occidental muy bueno. La ubicación excelente.

Great.
Pros:

Great location. Just a 5-minute walk to Jiefangbei, and from there you can easily walk to many other attractions.
The room was clean and the furnishings felt modern, not outdated. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing laundry powder for the washing machine.
Breakfast was basic but sufficient. The staff serving breakfast and housekeeping were very polite and helpful.

Cons:

During check-in at 2am, the staff on duty was not very experienced and was unable to answer my questions about the bill. I was too tired to pursue it further at that time.

On my last day, I had a midnight flight and arranged a late check-out until 6pm with an additional charge. After dinner nearby, we returned to the hotel at 9:30pm to collect our luggages. We asked to use the swimming pool restroom to shower, but were told it was closed at 9pm. We also requested toothbrushes and toothpaste, but the front desk said they had run out and I had to specifically ask them to check with housekeeping.

Overall, I was disappointed with the level of service from the front desk.

The hotel overall responses to customer services was extremely poor. Due to this I cancelled my next booking in JW Marriot Shanghai from 6-10 July. Very bad and non cooperative staff.
