Great.
Pros:

Great location. Just a 5-minute walk to Jiefangbei, and from there you can easily walk to many other attractions.
The room was clean and the furnishings felt modern, not outdated. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing laundry powder for the washing machine.
Breakfast was basic but sufficient. The staff serving breakfast and housekeeping were very polite and helpful.

Cons:

During check-in at 2am, the staff on duty was not very experienced and was unable to answer my questions about the bill. I was too tired to pursue it further at that time.

On my last day, I had a midnight flight and arranged a late check-out until 6pm with an additional charge. After dinner nearby, we returned to the hotel at 9:30pm to collect our luggages. We asked to use the swimming pool restroom to shower, but were told it was closed at 9pm. We also requested toothbrushes and toothpaste, but the front desk said they had run out and I had to specifically ask them to check with housekeeping.

Overall, I was disappointed with the level of service from the front desk.

Not a convenient and comfortable stay. I would not recommend it to friends.

The hotel overall responses to customer services was extremely poor. Due to this I cancelled my next booking in JW Marriot Shanghai from 6-10 July. Very bad and non cooperative staff.

Luxury getaway
Pros:

The location was grand, transport was very feasible, the vibe was just spectacular

The staff also went the extra mile to assist with all our requests (honeymoon arrangements)


They gave us the best corner unit and the view and room was AMAZING, just as the receptionist had promised. The place was just oozing with luxury.

Lovely apartment in great location with exceptional staff.
Pros:

Location was right in the middle of tourist action. The room was top class with great views and fantastic bathroom and bedroom. Breakfast was good for a westerner. Staff were exceptionally helpful.

Convenient location to most attractions
Pros:

The concierge at the front door is very friendly and helpful. I have been travelled for a month in China and this hotel has the best breakfast service. Once you walked in, you will be served with either tea or handcrafted coffee, the food area is very centred with good varieties, feel so relaxing. It was also convenient to have the washing machine and dryer in your own room. Highly recommended this hotel.

Excelente calidad de desayuno. Muy buenas vistas desde la Lounge. La comidas que sirven ahí estan bien, pero no son grandiosas.

Si bien eldesayuno es excelente, concentra demasiados turistas a la vez, con lo cual es difícil conseguir lugar para sentarse y los lugares de comida estan siemrpe sobrepoblados de gente buscando que desayunar.
