Nice locations, quiet clean and had everything you need.
Pros:

Good location. Nice view of the ocean from a distance. Close to trails and restaurants. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Furniture was a little old in living room.

Old furnishings. Bed and sofa sunk down when used. Very uncomfortable.
Only 1 washing machine in the entire property. Unavailable whenever I try to use it.

Pros:

Centrally located, well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed. Efficient check in. Good advice given to us on local attractions.

Cons:

It wasn't very private. It didn't have good sound proofing. We received a lot of noise from the people above. They kept late hours and kept us awake.

Cons:

Apartment pretty tired, needs a refresh furniture and flooring wise. Very basic, not very well kitted out. Outdoor area could definitely be improved to make stay more comfortable.

Great short break in Narooma.
Pros:

The location is close to shops and beach. Instructions to find the apartment were excellent. Facilities were good within the apartment, TV, kitchen, etc.

Cons:

Sliding doors to patio were difficult to open for a shorter person ( bolt on the top), and there were no fly screens. Also, thought we were getting a room with a view of the sea, but had a garden view.

Modern unit but lounge & curtains need renewing or at least cleaning.
Pros:

Good size unit & comfortable bed. Good force of hot water.

Cons:

Lounge was quite dirty / stained. Curtains similar. Need a second hook for towel hanging. Very small soap holder with no room for shampoo / conditioner, etc.

Good location close to what we needed.
Cons:

I didn’t like the need to fill out what seemed a useless pre-arrival information questionnaire. I am guessing the only point was to obtain a signature to charge $25 if we didn’t put out our rubbish. I have never experienced that before and think it is extreme to charge, surely a request would have been sufficient. Given that request leaving more garbage bags to use would also have been appropriate.

Very good . We were in apartment 9 suited us. Not much stairs. Will highly recommend Horizon.
Pros:

Neat n tidy-
Microwave is too high to operate especially being seniors.
Need a 2nd dish towel. Otherwise all good. I know both my friends did not have enough cutlery/ plates ect.
