Good clean property with helpful staff
Pros:

Nice clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.
Proximity to the railway station and eating joints.

Cons:

Room rates too high for a 3 star property.
Non availability of a basic mini fridge and no choice of nonveg menu.

Most friendly staff
Pros:

All staff from doorman to waiters were extremely friendly and helpful. I was looking for an ordinary item of which was apparently not available in any nearby stores. The reception desk took the time to look for it and had it delivered to me.
One of the most helpful staff I have ever experienced.

Cons:

Building on the outside looks modern. But the insides are a bit old and could use a renovation. But then I might just be asking too much as the prices were reasonable.

My stay was comfortable, and the location is functional as it is in the centre of the city.
Pros:

The staff were very courteous and professional. They are ready to serve the guests always with a smile.

Cons:

The room size is quite small, making it difficult to do yoga or any exercise inside. Additionally, the fixed operating hours of the fitness centre are not suitable for us, as we travel for business and need more flexibility.
