Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bitola. The location is perfect – very close to the city center and within easy walking distance to everything.

The hotel is warm, very clean, and extremely quiet, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are big and very comfortable.

One unique detail we loved is that traditional Macedonian folk costumes are displayed inside the hotel, giving it the feeling of a small museum.

The breakfast was delicious with many choices, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the free, secured private parking.

Although the hotel is officially rated with 2 stars, it definitely deserves more.

Highly recommended – we will definitely come back!

Disgusting and horrible experience
Pros:

The only reason I do not rate this hotel 1/10 is the location.

Cons:

I have no idea how this hotel has so high rating on booking.

The hotel was advertised as strictly non-smoking. This was blatantly untrue. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, the corridors smelled just as bad, and to make matters worse, people were actively smoking under our window. This made the stay extremely unpleasant and directly contradicted what was promised.

Additionally, there was no hot water at all — only cold water. This alone is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging guests for accommodation.

Cleanliness was another serious issue. The room was not cleaned, and we were forced to clean it ourselves. Most disturbingly, we found someone else’s fingernails under the mattress, which is absolutely disgusting and raises serious concerns about hygiene and housekeeping standards.
This experience was shocking, unhygienic, and deeply disappointing.

η υποδοχή, η ευγένεια των ανθρώπων, το περιβάλλον που θύμιζε σκηνικό θεάτρου

Cons:

η μυρωδιά του σποσμητικού/ σπολυμαντικού στο χώρο με εντονη μυρωδιά που στο δωμάτιο χωρίς φυσική πηγή αερισμού( παράθυρο να ανοίγει) προκαλούσε δυσφορία.
