Etablissement très agréable et accueillant.
Pros:

Chambre très confortable et propre. Literie de très bonne qualité.

Cons:

Les voisins qui prennent leur douche le matin( bruit de canalisation).

Chambre assez grande, literie correcte, draps et serviettes propres

Cons:

Chambre poussiéreuse ( sol, salle de bains, robinetterie) baie s vitrées sales dont l’une ne ferme plus, assiettes et tasses du petit déjeuner sales.

Trevliga dagar i Biarritz.
Pros:

Rent och fräscht, gångavstånd till centrum. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Observera att hotellet ligger nära surfstranden. Om man vill bada på huvudbadstranden så är det några km att gå.

Cons:

När de hade städat andra dagen stank rummet av parfymerat rengöringsmedel. Fruktansvärt obehagligt.
Rummen var inte så mysiga, det var vitt och stel känsla. Men det funkar bra för några nätter.

Kind staff, lovely room ,spotless

Location in lovely quiet area that is a really short walk to the centre with plenty of lovely food stops locally

We had a misunderstanding with. Poking parking when we arrived which was resolved quickly and I always feel it’s a sign of a well run hotel when matters are dealt with well.

When we are in Biarritz again we will definately try to book here again.
