Our stay was comfortable and without any glitches. Their rooms are large, staff very helpful, food .
Pros:

The room didn't have a Kettle. On my request it was provided although their rooms as a rule don't have Kettle.

Cons:

I couldn't find any.

Location is great.

Cons:

The room was not clean especially the washroom was very dirty. The exhaust fan was broken and lying around. There were bits of cigarette and bidi butts lying in the washroom.

Worst place to stay
Pros:

It's not a single point to be liked about this place.

Cons:

Linens were dirty. Washroom fittings broken and rusted.wash basin was leaking. No proper lighting. Food was extremely worst and overcharged . Even basic drinking water was not provided. When asked, they told me they don't have it in stock. Give cash so they'll arrange from outside. It Veryvery worst and bad place to stay even for a day.

Pros:

staff very helpful, hotel in very good position in Rishikesh, view from the room very nice, restaurant cooks well

Cons:

wifi in the room unstable, I would prefer cleaner matraces, and to clean the room also under the bed before giving to new guest

Great Location for easy access to transport everywhere
Pros:

The hotel staff were excellent and always at hand to assist with my needs.
Nothing was any trouble to them and recommended places I could visit.

Cons:

There's not much I can say bad about Hotel Trihari. I spent most of the daylight hours out and stayed in at night.
For my personal choice, I got what I paid for.

They have good food options,Staff are friendly.

Cons:

Don’t get fooled by seeing the pics they posted.
Rooms paints r gone, very pathetic mattress and pillows are in horrible condition.

Located on very busy road.
Staff behavior is fine.

Great staff and service, Comfortable and spacious
Pros:

Great location. Great stay. I particularly like how selfless the staff and managers here are. Rooms are very spacious for even four people to stay in one.
We had a very early reach and bad weather. They still arranged us a room 5+ hrs early to the actual check-in time, WITH NO EXTRA COST. Also the food was good and the staff was honestly great. Such a warm service from the hotel.

Pros:

Staff were lovely all the time. Room was clean, big and excellent view. Hot water works. Bed was ok - longer than usual. Back up power always kicked in within minutes. Location was convenient.
