En general es un buen lugar para hospedarse, referente, costo-calidad, sin embargo tiene mucha áreas de oportunidad, la recepción encabezando la lista, ya que el personal no está capacitado, a mi llegada me dieron llaves de una habitación ocupada, y la respuesta ante este error, fue muy pobre, la recepcionista no me dijo nada, la limpieza del área de la alberca es otra área de oportunidad importante y por último la habitación a lado de la mía estaba completamente inundada

A great modern hotel. The staff was very friendly, check-in and check-out was easy. They spoke very little English but with Google translate, they're still accommodating. Wi-Fi worked well. Smart TV worked well, connected to Netflix easily-- we were stuck in side a lot as it rained our entire trip. Everything was very clean. They had free parking in a lot a street behind the hotel but we easily accessed the back door of the hotel to get in instead of walking back around. The strip of Paseo de Montejo is a fantastic, walkable area-- a bit more tourist friendly than downtown. Our only complaint was that the smell of cleaning chemicals was so intense it gave me a headache. I could go the rest of my life without smelling Fabuloso ever again after this trip. Overall, it was a great stay--especially for the price.

Personal muuuuy amable solucionó tan rápido como fue posible y estuvieron siempre preguntando si había algún inconveniente. Vale la pena por el personal que tiene.

Very poor service, clean but very deteriorated

The hotel was nice overall. The pool area could use some more cleaning. The windows were very dirty, smudged everywhere. Also, the corners/floor of the shower were pretty dirty. Everything the hotel offers is nice and comfortable but it could be cleaner.

Chariot es una opcion para los que buscan estar cerca del Remate de Paseo Montejo, y caminar por la Zona del Centro y el corredor Gastronomico. Es un hotel de solo 3 pisos, sin servicio a Cuartos de Alimentos, pero hay un restaurante junto con acceso por el Lobby. De amenidad solo tiene una Alberca al frente que mas bien es un canal de Nado. Cuenta con estacionamiento ( un lote baldio) por la calle 56 . Las Habitaciones son Comodas, Con Servibar y Smart TV.

Very Nice, good location, Nice hitel

Nos tuvieron 8 horas esperando la habitación, les hable para avisar que llegaría en el vuelo de temprana hora para que puedieran considerar entregarnos la habitación un poco antes y aún así nos fue entregada a las 14:50 hrs.
Adicional, notamos que a los huesped que llegaban les asignaban habitaciones ocupadas. Muy mal por el personal del hotel.

Is a beautiful hotel. But you definitely can here any noise from the other rooms, and there was a funky smell at night

Relación valor-precio, no me gustó que estés a 15 min caminando del centro qué a una temperatura de mesa de 30 grados, lo hace difícil.
