Great location and hotel with amenities to explore Sorrento
Pros:

Great location to be abel to explore Sorrento, shuttle bus into town and nice 20 minute walk back to the hotel. The restaurant, both pool side and the lemon grove restaurant were excellent. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall a great location and hotel to explore beautiful Sorrento

Wonderful place for vacation with friends and family.
Pros:

Everything. Staff members were incredible. Pool, room, restaurant, breakfast. I highly recommend it this hotel. Broke my heart to leave Sorrento and the place. Loft stuff to do and all walking distance. Perfect spot. I was there for 6 days , some hotel, with my husband. I will be back for sure. Thank you for your service guys. Loved.

A beautiful, comfortable and friendly hotel with an incredible swimming pool
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious, showers were big and the beds were comfortable. We had one triple room and one king room that were next door to each other. The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. Francesca at the front desk was wonderful, keeping in contact after our booking, and prior to our arrival and she was totally accommodating to our requests. One of the waiter's, Peppe, was an absolute gem!! Always smiling and friendly, and it was a pleasure to have him welcome us in the mornings at breakfast and later on at lunch time by the pool. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a great variety, the barista coffee was so good as well with many different milk options and the lunch menu was great too. The pool was amazing, our family enjoyed spending every day either cooling off inside or laying on the sunbeds. There were a few restaurants and a small convenience store within short walking distance as well, and the location of the hotel was peaceful as well. We really loved our stay at Hotel Florida and highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

There were no laundry facilities on site. The closest laundromat was about a 5-7 min walk away. There were also no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, however I was able to borrow a kettle from front desk for the duration of our stay which was very helpful, as I love to have a cup of tea at night! We didn't realise how far Hotel Florida was from Piazza Tasso (around a 25 minute walk) which as quite far with complaining children, and taxis are ridiculously expensive to drive you there, so that is something to keep in mind when booking.

La qualité des prestations est excellente pour ce magnifique hôtel : chambre spacieuse, qualité de la literie, propreté remarquable de l'ensemble de l'hôtel, des chambres aux espaces communs, personnels avenants et très professionnels et d'un naturel méditerranéen.

La piscine est tout simplement magnifique, le pool bar est très agréable avec une playlist musicale variée, quoique légèrement forte à certains moments mais on oublie vite dans le jardin d'agrumes.

Très bon restaurant en terrasse extérieure, qualité des produits et présentation des plats dans une ambiance décontractée.

De loin un sans faute, félicitations au manager et à l'ensemble du personnel pour leur bienveillance !

(Centre de Sorrento à 15/20min à pied, emprunter les petites rues qui surplombent les jardins d'agrumes)

Really great stay for a family with kids.
Pros:

The reception staff were so nice and accommodating. We had a family room which was two connecting room which was more than enough space and meant that we had two bathrooms. The rooms (and the hotel as a whole) were spotlessly clean. The pool was great, we went in August and always managed to find somewhere to sit round the pool even when it was quite busy. The food was really good for lunch and dinner, we had lunch at the pool bar a couple of times and we had dinner in the restaurant one night and the food was beautiful. I had cheese ravioli in tomato sauce and it was absolutely delicious. Everywhere was kid friendly too, the staff were so accommodating and weren't phased by children which was appreciated as my youngest is 1.5 and wants to run around everywhere rather than sit down quietly! Oh they also have a shuttle bus to take you to Sorrento town or the port 4 times each morning which was useful.

Cons:

The only thing I can think is that the food at breakfast could have been a bit better, there weren't many hot food options. It was ok priced though, 15 euros per adult and kids ate for free so it's the only place we could have a breakfast for 30 euros in total.
