Тихий район. Сауна по часам и там только твоя семья. Хороший завтрак. Когда убирают пополняют запасы предметов гигиены. Спокойная атмосфера, всегда спешат помочь. Удобная постель.

Отель находится в спальном районе. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый. Если надо поменять валюту, то курс отличный. В отеле можно расплачиваться как в сумах так и в долларах. Проживание было комфортное. Завтраки разнообразные, на любой вкус. Фруктов и еды очень много, и разрешали выносить на территорию. Два шикарных уличных бассейна. Всегда чистые. Номера для разных семей. Комнаты разных размеров, даже для двоих очень большие. Очень рекомендую, не пожалеете.

We really enjoyed our three-night stay at Grand Caravan Tashkent, especially in the new Violet building. The hotel was very stylish, modern, and clean, and its facilities were definitely above what you would normally expect from a three-star hotel.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a variety and quality that exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, and we especially loved the beautiful sound of birds singing around the hotel.

There were just a few minor issues regarding housekeeping. Room cleaning was not always done automatically, so we had to contact the reception whenever we needed our room cleaned, extra tissues, or bottled water for the minibar. It would have been more convenient if these services were provided regularly without having to ask.

Another small inconvenience was the lack of plastic slippers in the bathroom. We had to use the hotel's fabric slippers to enter the shower and bathroom, which was not very practical.

Apart from these minor issues, everything else was excellent. We genuinely loved the hotel and had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Pros:

Отдыхали с детьми во время каникул. Подкупил бассейн. Персонал очень услужливый, большой рахмат! Хорошие завтраки. Спокойный отель, не большой. Большой плюс был бассейн с сауной. Дети были в восторге. Номера чистые уютные и очень теплые. После прогулок, приходили вечером уже было прохладненько и теплый номер это прям кайф😍

Cons:

Расположение оказалось дальше от центра чем мы думали, с детьми тяжко было ходить пешком до метро и центра, пришлось всегда пользоваться такси. Матрас у двухспальной кровати был мягкий, а у детей жесткий.

Spa, deze moest je van te voren reserveren, lastig geen spontaanbezoek te plannen. Harde matrassen, dit is echter standaard in een oebekisch hotel hoort bij de cultuur

Pros:

Отель очень уютный, стильный, есть два открытых бассейна и один крытый, везде достаточно чисто! Номер просторный, особенно ванная комната!) В номере есть всё необходимое - чайник, посуда, тапочки, вешалки, зубные щётки с пастой. Персонал отзывчивый, всегда с улыбкой! При отеле есть мини магазинчик, всегда можно купить воду, лимонады, соки, пиво и даже национальную одежду - халатики) На завтрак - шведский стол! Много вкусных фруктов - арбузы, дыни, сливы, виноград, персики, нектарины! Выбор блюд не очень большой, но на все вкусы найдётся что-то вкусное! Есть кофемашина! К чаю есть пироженки и пахлава. А также творог и сметана! Есть и нарезка сыра, колбасы, а также сухие завтраки с молоком. Готовят вкусно! Отель расположен не очень близко к центру и метро, но мы всегда ездили на такси! Работает приложение Яндекс, что очень удобно и недорого! Но до метро можно и пешком прогуляться минут 30. Очень приятно было, что при бронировании от 4 ночей предлагают бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта! Нас встретили с ночного рейса с табличкой и комфортно доставили в отель, сразу же заселили в номер! В целом отелем остались довольны! Рекомендую!

Cons:

Лично мне не понравилась жёсткая кровать, но это всё индивидуально, мужу наоборот это понравилось!) Большой минус в такой жаркой стране - в номере нет холодильника. Нет светильников над кроватями.
