It is very quiet and clean. Tho far away from city center bur i like this vibe
The staff so nice tho they dont speak English very well

Здравствуйте. Огромная благодарность за тёплую встречу с аэропорта, прилетели ночью, встретили с табличкой, помогли с чемоданом и сумками. Довезли, расплатиться мы сразу не смогли, потому что не поменяли деньги. Отнеслись с пониманием, дали время, не торопили. Заселили в номер, чистый, ухоженный. Мы почувствовали себя как дома.
Утром, отдохнув, пошли на завтрак. Ассортимент отличный: каши, горячее на выбор, различная выпечка, сыры, овощи, фрукты, напитки, очень хорошая кофемашина, с вкусным кофе.
Персонал, администраторы очень приветливые люди, любящие гостей, искренне интересовались как прошёл день, подсказывали что ещё можно посетить и вкусно пообедать/поужинать.
Забыла, как зовут кошку, но даже она очень ласковая, разляжется и ждёт когда её погладят 😃
На любую просьбу, типа, можно бутылочку воды, или вазу для цветов, реагировали моментально, не отказав ни разу.
Большая благодарность, что мы, благодаря вам, спали спокойно после походов по Ташкенту)) хотелось посмотреть как можно больше, поэтому часто приходили поздно.
Номер оборудован всём: шкаф/вешалки, холодильник, кондиционер, халаты, чайник, заварник, кружки/ложки, телевизор.
Желаю вам процветания. Уровень на отлично, если прилетим в ваш город ещё, а желание есть- заселимся у Вас🥰

Pros:

Всё что касается общего пространства, услуг, завтрака и персонала, было на высшем уровне. И вообще, благодаря персоналу удалось закрыть глаза на некоторые недочеты.

Cons:

Видавшие виды номера. Застиранные полотенца и постельное белье.

Отель Гранд Караван находится в спальном районе. Вызывают удивление хорошие отзывы об этом месте, на которые я и поддала
Pros:

I am very surprise with all these good reviews. The only thing what I loved -small swimming pool in the courtyard. There are two sisters hotels: Grand Caravan ( rather old), and Violet, it suppose to be rather new one, but I didn’t have a chance to see that place as these two hotels have the same stuff. I was confirmed with a twin superior room in Grand Caravan and we planned to stay there for 3 nights. But we spent only one night there, and in the morning we left that hotel.

Cons:

Hotel accept only cash, they don’t accept any cards. Superior room which we stayed was old and outdated, no teapot, no refrigerator, no place to put your luggage, no chair(. It was a very dark room with one artificial white light. Towels did not smell pleasant. Water did not go well in the shower. I arrived at the hotel at 1 PM. First of all I received a room with 3 beds, on the 3 th floor, and it was not pleasant to go up and down without your shoes. It was not my choice, and I did not want to stay there. At 2 PM I received a twin room on the ground floor with a beautiful view to the main entrance with all guest’s shoes, as you need to leave your shoes outside the hotel. My room was not comfortable for me and my husband. Next morning we left it and we moved to the beautiful hotel just a few blocks from that place.

Добрый день. Вот решила всё же оставить своё мнение.Так как нам надо было просто переночевать,поэтому мы решили остановится в вашем отеле, поближе к аэропорту.Отель красивый,бассейны(правда мы ими не пользовались).

Cons:

Теперь чуть-чуть негатива. Номер на двоих.......одно большое полотенце(второе позже принесли).Маленьких полотенец не было. Халат был один(застиранный до ужаса,без пояса)пришлось пояс от платья завязывать.Чашки для чая и кофе были а чайных ложек не было.Стаканы перевёрные просто на столе.Неужели нельзя поставить на подстаканники или хотя бы на салфетку. Слава Богу в душевой всё было и фен работал.Такая замечательная страна,я люблю приезжать в Узбекистан(у меня муж узбек),но одна ночёвка в отеле оставила неприятный осадок.В Европе если клиенты выезжают до завтрака,то им хотя бы что то с собой дают(яблочко,булочку или что то).
