Невероятно тёплая, дружелюбная, душевная атмосфера.
Очень чисто, аккуратно. Завтраки без изысков, но всегда сытно и вкусно.

Отличный отель, все сотрудники без исключения вежливые, всегда при деле, нет ни одного сотрудника стоящий без дела, трудолюбивые! Всегда отмечают на всё заданные вопросы, подскажут, чистый отель.
Завтраки на любой вкус. Без проблем с посудой, если захочешь что то своё принести за тобою после всё уберут. Ни когда не скажут плохого слова.
Бассейн чистый ,прохладный самое то в жару!
Если нужно обменять валюту, не обманут, можно спокойно менять!
Советую!!!

Atmosphere was good, pools looked good but we did not use them, they were full of children.

Cons:

Food wasn't great, it is within a hotel district which is fine, but not very close to the action in Tashkent

Отличный отель чистота порядок и самое главное сервис и отношение к гостям,никаких претензий. Все доброжелательные и готовы помочь по любому вопросу, трансфер ночью встретили в аэропорту. Завтраки очень по домашнему вкусно. Молодцы. Процветания вашему отелю!

Нам очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле. Номер был просторным, чистым и комфортным. Персонал был очень вежливым, внимательным и всегда готов помочь. Особенно понравились бассейн и зоны отдыха, где можно было расслабиться после прогулок по городу. Завтраки были вкусными и разнообразными. Отношение к гостям было на высоком уровне, и мы чувствовали себя очень желанными гостями. Всё было организовано отлично, и наше пребывание прошло замечательно.'
