天気以外は最高でした。
Pros:

Great having access to onsen across the street. Very kind front desk across the street

Cons:

Had a smoking room and it smelled bad. Room felt dirty, there were hairs in various places. Incredibly humid and dehumidifier didn’t help much. Very small could barely fit suitcase.

Pros:

Excellente situation. Proche de la gare et des bus pour visiter tout Hakone. Il s’agit en fait d’une annexe de l’hôtel situé juste en face. On dispose donc du onsen qui est vraiment bien. Personnel très gentil et très accueillant.

Cons:

Dommage pas de petit-déjeuner.
Chambres relativement humides.

箱根湯本駅至近
Pros:

箱根湯本の駅に近くて便利でした。

Cons:

禁煙室であったにも関わらず、タバコの臭いが染み付いでいました。たくさんレストランがあるにも関わらず、既に閉まっていて、近くに夕飯を食べるところを見つけられませんでした。併設のレストランなどがあると嬉しいです。

箱根に珍しいビジネスホテル
Pros:

本館のお風呂や、ラウンジを使用することができたこと。
スタッフのみなさん、外国の方も日本語が上手で感じもよかったです。
駅からも徒歩で近かったのが良い。
インバウンドもあり、ビジネスホテル的な値段の宿が見つからず、探していて水明荘別館を見つけました。お値段的にも箱根では良心的でした。
今度は本館にゆっくりと泊まりたいと思います。

お部屋はやはり狭かったのですが、寝るだけでしたので。

They wouldn't allow us to buy breakfast at the hotel
Bathroom so tiny and tolet seat far to big for toilet very hard to enter bathroom because of that

Pros:

位置好，JR站穿过天桥，下天桥走100米的小巷子里，有电梯，房间小，一个人也是够的，胜在地段和价格，办理入住是在对面的“水明莊”。

Cons:

卫生间很小很小，开门见马桶，洗漱洗澡要从马桶上跨来跨去，最夸张的是马桶圈比马桶大很多，大腿直接碰到马桶，床品上发现毛发。
