Friendly staff, and free onsen onsite.
Pros:

Great location, in front of the main hotel but you still get access to the free onsen at the hotel, and coffee / water / tea.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Great location.

Cons:

Room is a little small if you have two suitcases or a big one.

Chambre très petite
Ménage laissant à désirer.. J'ai trouvé 3 poils et 2 cheveux dans la partie salle de bain
Lit inconfortable
Un bruit sourd au niveau de la tête de lit était dérangeant et n'a pas facilité l'endormissement (ce n'était pas la clim ni la ventilation)

Convenient and reasonable price good enough for a crash pad
Pros:

Only two minites on foot from the railway station, very easy to find, and close to the main street with lots of shops, but very quiet. They have a big bath in the main building, open to all guests, which is accessible until very late at night.

Cons:

The room in the annex was very dated, with some modern comfort. Bad odour in the room bathroom. Reasonably clean, but the Wi-Fi connection was rather intermittent.

Los onsen del hotel

Cons:

Hice una reserva en la posada sumei del 28 al 29/01 y me pusieron en una habitación para fumadores cuando en ningún lado de la reserva se especifica. El olor de la habitación es asqueroso. No quieren hacerse cargo y me dicen que hable directamente con booking porque no tienen una habitación para “no fumadores”. Tampoco quisieron dar sus nombres para hacer la queja correspondiente. La solución que me dieron fue un “desodorante de ambiente”. NO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO ALOJARSE AQUÍ!!!!!

Pros:

The room is quite small but enough for a solo Traveller, the on Sen is in the main building which is just opposite. You can use all the lobby service, water, coffee, and there is a backyard to sit there and enjoy the natural view.

Cons:

Hot spring and the location, it is so near by the station!
