Heerlijk eiland en fijn hotel.
Pros:

Het zwembad en de ligkussens in het water waren ideaal. Daarnaast zit het hotel op een perfecte locatie. Je kan een lekker ontbijtje eten en om de hoek zit een lekkere warung waar je heerlijk kan eten en kleding kan laten wassen. Aardige mannen werken er

Cons:

Er was geen warm water om te douchen. Er werd vermeld dat twee huisjes water deelde waardoor wij alle dagen koud moesten douchen. Ook zat ons huisje tegenover de receptie waar wordt ontbeten en is het erg gehorig waardoor we hier vroeg door wakker werden.

We booked 4 nights but had to flee after just 1 night due to unacceptable sanitation and safety violations.Severe Hygiene Issues: The toilets (private and public) were filthy with visible fecal residue. There was green mold under the bathroom sink, stained bedsheets, and spiders everywhere. The kitchen was black with dirt, compromising basic food safety.No Water: Water pressure is non-existent. There is only enough hot water for one brief shower, then all water completely cuts off.Broken Security: The bungalow sliding door does not close or lock properly, leaving guests totally vulnerable. The bathroom has no ceiling, allowing stray cats to climb directly into our space.Health Risk: Complimentary drinking water was served in an unsealed, unlabeled reusable plastic flask.No Adult Supervision: The property was left entirely in the hands of two very young boys who appeared to be supposed adolescents, with no adult manager on site. Our breakfast order was completely forgotten after a 1-hour wait.Staff Hostility & Intimidation: When demanding to leave, a man claiming to be "in charge" entered our space, aggressively forced open the shower, soaked my dress/clothes on purpose, and rudely called me a liar.We felt extremely unsafe. Booking.com support explicitly confirmed the terrible conditions in writing but refused to refund because the owner didn´t authorized! Absolute nightmare. Avoid at all costs!

Beautiful resort, nice pool and kind and cool staff
Pros:

The houses are beautiful. Beds comfortable. Airco and a lot of space to put your stuff.
Beautiful bathroom as well. Great pool. Just a 4 min walk from the harbour. The staff is super nice and chill. We had the breakfast included. It had a lot of options and they put a lot of effort in it! And their laundry service has a good and honest price.

Cons:

It would have been nice if they would have done the rooms every day out of their own initiative. They would if you ask them. But that feels a bit uncomfortable.

Pros:

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en flexibel, bijvoorbeeld met de ontbijttijden. Het ontbijt was echt perfect: kwalitatief goed, vers bereid — zoals het beslag van de pancakes — en mooi opgemaakt. De kamers zijn mooi en het zwembad direct voor de deur is heerlijk.

Kann man buchen. Kann man sich aber auch sparen.
Pros:

Die Lage am Hafen war sehr gut. Der Manager war ziemlich hilfreich und freundlich und war bemüht, dass wir einen guten Aufenthalt hatten. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren nett.

Cons:

Die Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Investor sollte unbedingt darin investieren. Das preis leistungssverhältnis ist gleich null. Zudem waren das WC und der Pool zum Teil nicht sauber. Auf Anfrage wurde der Pool gereinigt.

Pros:

De manager Ady was fantastisch! Altijd vrolijk, maakte altijd een praatje met je en als je wat nodig had, regelt hij het voor je. De kamer was netjes en hygiënisch. Ontbijt was ook erg lekker!

Cons:

De moskee is goed hoorbaar.

Goede ligging, vanuit het hotel ook fietsen kunnen huren wat handig was. Super aardig personeel, Ady was erg betrokken tijdens ons verblijf.

Super séjour
Pros:

Ady et l'équipe de l'hôtel sont super gentils accueillants et disponibles pour vous mettre dans les meilleures conditions. Ady nous a aidé à trouver des services dans l'île et nous faire profiter au mieux de celle-ci.
La piscine est très bien même pour les enfants.
L'hôtel est bien situé, proche des restaurants et des commerces.
