Camera frumoasa, cocheta, in " buricul târgului " . Noi am avut doua camere una pe o parte unde era liniște deplina si cealaltă camera pe partea cu restaurantele si muzica. De acolo se aude pana in jur de 12 noaptea , dar atmosfera este frumoasa. Nu se aude " chemarea la rugăciune " de la moschee.
Check-out-ul este la ora 12 ceea ce pentru noi a fost excelent.
Mic-dejun am avut tip bufet , pentru noi a fost bun. Oua fierte, mai multe feluri de brânză, măsline, legume , unt, gemuri , cafea, ceai, suc.
Un plus mare este amplasamentul, ca este in centru, aproape de toate obiectivele turistice si aproape de stația de tramvai- 2 minute pe jos.
In apropiere este o parcare supraterana ( noi acolo am parcat )

Biz çift kişilik oda için rezervasyon yaptık ama gittigimizde bize iki kisilik ayri yatak verdiler.. Temizliğini sevmedim, temizlik konusunda hiç iyi değillerdi havlular lekeli oda süpürülüyor ama hala cok fazla kirlilik goruyorsunuz bizim kaldığımız otel çok bakımsızdı.. ses konusunda da cok kötü otelde ki tüm sesler odanızın içinde ve oda kapılarında, banyoda hic bakım yok .. açıkçası çok özensiz di .

Locatia e the Best aproape de tramvai, metrou, tren si vapor, aproape supermarket. Curatenia și faptul ca a fost cald și bine iar televizorul a functionat.

Personnel et emplacement exceptionnels.
Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
C'est mon deuxième séjour au Crowned et si je retourne à Istanbul je le choisirai encore.

I stayed 4 nights at Crowned hotel, I LITERALLY CAN'T CLAIM ABOUT ANYTHING !!

The room was very organized, they cleaned it every morning, they changed the slippers every morning, the lights were very nice , you have everything you need.

We did a late check in , the owner gave us the best room in the hotel, a room with the balcony, even though we did not book it.

The staff were very nice , and smiling 😊

Next time surely I'll book in this hotel !

The location of this hotel is amazing, in the heart of Istanbul, in Fatih, near Marmary subway station. Near Aya Sophia, tram station...etc

Cons:

I can't claim anything, the hotel was more than what I expected.

C'est un endroit auquel j'y retournerais. Le personnel est très agréable à l'écoute, serviable et souriant.
La géolocalisation est juste exceptionnelle. Je recommande vivement.

Expérience très décevante. À notre arrivée, l’hôtel était complet alors que nous avions une réservation confirmée pour une chambre double de luxe. Nous avons été déplacés dans un autre établissement avec une chambre nettement inférieure à ce que nous avions réservé.

Entre 23h et 4h du matin, nous avons tenté de trouver une solution avec le personnel, sans aucune aide réelle. On nous a refusé de parler à un responsable et l’attitude du personnel a été irrespectueuse et peu professionnelle.

Finalement, sur conseil de la police touristique, nous avons dû quitter l’établissement en pleine nuit et réserver un autre hôtel à nos frais. Très mauvaise gestion de la situation et manque total de considération pour les clients.

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel propre, bien situé, avec un personnel accueillant et un petit déjeuner varié.
Pros:

Excellent séjour à l’Hôtel Crowned à Istanbul !
L’hôtel est très propre, bien entretenu et idéalement situé, proche de tous les sites importants, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles.

Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel : toujours souriant, à l’écoute et prêt à aider à tout moment. On se sent très bien accueilli.

J’ai pris l’option avec petit déjeuner et c’était un très bon choix : buffet varié, frais et délicieux chaque matin.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour confortable et agréable à Istanbul. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir !
