Please note that the concierge is only available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Check-in for the apartments is possible from 3:00 p.m. You will find our reception opposite in the Downtown Apartments Mitte, about a 2-minute walk from your apartment. Check-in also takes place there.

Please note that you can access the Downtown Apartments Mitte with your debit or credit card. Then wait for the buzzer before opening the door.

There is a key box in the building where you can get your keys. We will send you information about the process when you book. You will need photo ID such as a passport and your booking number when you check in.

The apartment is cleaned once a week. Cleaning includes a change of bed linen and towels, garbage disposal and a light cleaning of the kitchen.

For bookings of 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Idéal pour visiter Berlin
Pros:

Très bien situé, nous avons pu visiter presque tout à pied (5 à 30 minutes de marche pour atteindre de nombreux points d'intérêt). Tram et métro juste devant la résidence pour aller plus loin.
Appartement très bien équipé, grand frigo, tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et lave-vaisselle. Très propre. Literie très confortable. Bien chauffé. Calme.
Accepte les animaux.

Cons:

Espace pour manger trop petit pour 3 personnes.

דירה מעולה, נמצאת מאוד קרוב תחנת מטרו, נוח להגיע לכל מקום. יש סופר ובתי קפה באזור. דירה מרווחת מעוצבת יפה , נקיה, יש בה כל אביזרים שצריך כולל מכונת כביסה, מדיח, מגהץ. הצוות היה מאוד נחמד, עזר בכל הבקשות . ממליצים בחום!
