Wirklich ein Traum, wir können nur Positives berichten: Der persönliche freundliche Empfang, das hervoragende Essen von Küchenchef Achim Braitsch (eigentlich mindestens 1 Stern wert!!), die Zimmerausstattung (wir erhielten ein Upgrade), das traumhafte Frühstück (wird am Platz serviert und ist beste Qualität), der perfekte unaufdringliche Service, die Lage und das Anwesen insgesamt.....
Zugegeben, es hat seinen Preis. Aber wir können nur jeden empfehlen, sich das mal zu gönnen.
Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, siisteys ja huippuhyvä hieroja Spa:ssa. Aamupala oli todella hyvä, kuten ravintolaillallinen. Ihmiset tekivät tästä hotellista hienon kokemuksen.
Viinilista ei tukenut ravintolan tasoa ja suppea. Tosin kiitos, että saimme toisena iltana listan ulkopuolelta makuumme sopivan punaviinin.

Nous étions seuls dans l'hôtel et le restaurant était fermé. Pas de restaurant alentour : Heureusement un food truc était installé au village le plus proche : fermeture à 18H00 !
I have visited several times previously. The location and ambience never fail to delight. The hot tub experience is always a highlight as is the restaurant meal. My son enjoyed his massage and the morning yoga session.
There is a sense of a need for love. Some paint externally.... rethink the formula somehow.
Have some of the senior experienced staff gone? Both front desk and restaurant personnel are working there but not evidently committed.
A quiet retreat in beautiful surroundings. Staff was very professional and helpful. Michelin 2024 kitchen.

Restaurant: plant-based menu is really unique (probably only chef in estonia that call pull this off) and food is fair price/quality
Balcony chairs are tiny and wobbling, not suitable for reading. Walls are a bit thin (but few walls would be able to soundproof the wall-knocking children we had next doors).
Restaurant: wine pairing was over priced, since you get very small glasses and no explanation (re pairing choice or country or origin). Conservative wine choices. Lack of sommelier.
Amazing property, I have been there before on several occasions.
Bathroom in the main building was not clean and stands out as poorly taken care of compared to all other facilities.
Spa was very lovely and massage was very good. Quite expensive, but I really liked it!
The room was close to breakfast area and quite a lot of noise that woke up in the early morning. Bathroom was very cold and not well cleaned.
Wonderful location. Perfect combination of peace and infrastructure. People, rooms, food, spa - everything was at a very good level. Slow pace helped us relax and disconnect. We will surely come back!
I would comment only 2 things to be improved:
- minimum time for a wooden sauna should start from 1,5 hours. 1 hour is not enough
- I would appreciate more flexibility with the food menu at Alexander restaurant. I was feeling unwell and instead of cancelling few of my plates my husband was proposed to eat double portions. That was not something we expected.
