Very good and cozy hotel
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was very good.
We were happy to have a fridge and kettle in the room.
The staff was extremely helpful and nice.
The swimming pool was large and always clean.
we were there for 10 days and always had a very good breakfast. the food in the restaurant was also very good.

Cons:

there was nothing to complain about.

Good place.
Pros:

The hotel staff were very professional and friendly, apart from a waitress at dinner once.
Nice ambience and clean.
The music and noise from the events halls were disturbing in our rooms however, for 3 of our nights.

We decided to book another 2 nights.
Pros:

The breakfast was tasty. We are vegans so they were able to accommodate us. The location is excellent! The place is so clean and the landscaping is so life-giving.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I disliked. Keep up the great work ❤️! The staff was very professional and pleasant. For the most part, the hotel staff honored our requests.

Pros:

Le personnel est très attentionné. Le coin piscine est très agréable. La piscine est propre et très grande, idéale pour vraiment nager. Le rapport qualité prix était particulièrement intéressant lors de mon séjour mais c'était pendant une saison de basse fréquentation. Le lit était très confortable. Les chambres sont propres. Il y a un service de navette gratuite pour l'aéroport, le manager qui s'occupe des contacts avec la clientèle est très réactif. La localisation est un peu en dehors de la ville, a kicukiro, l'emplacement est très calme.

Cons:

Les chambres sont assez vieillottes, surtout les sanitaires mais cela reste tout à fait acceptable.
