Nous n'avons pas vraiment été accueilli, c'était spécial, le personnel était nonchalant...en ce qui concerne la chambre: il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude, il n'y avait qu'une serviette de douche (alors que nous avons signalé être 2) le lit était vraiment petit (et pas sur de la propreté des draps) et la climatisation faisait beaucoup de bruit.

My room doesn’t have heater. The studio room queen size bed is too small for a couple.

The matress should not be having those papers in them,they disgust

The day before our arrival to the lodgement they changed our booking date, which I had to argue with them to rectify the issue. Instead of getting what I booked and paid for I received two single double deck beds for my wife and I. I was not very happy at all.

- I think the unit was not fully inspected when cleaned because I saw a snack wrapper (Nova) and plastic in the drawer when I opened it
- The floor is kinda sticky. Like it was not properly cleaned cause when you walk on it for a while, your sole will turn dark
- Not really a big thing but what would make it perfect aside from those things above to be improved, is if there's a TV, even a small one, and mugs. Since there's an electric kettle, I would've expected there's mugs
- Wifi is a little slow and sometimes it goes in and out

But those are fine. We still comfortably enjoyed our stay and will surely go back when I have to wait for hubby again. I hope when we go back, they're able to improve on those things I shared
