Kicking Horse
Pros:

It was great stop on the highway. Clean and the room was a fantastic size while the views to Kicking Horse were kicking arse.. The pool was fantastic. The complementary shampoo and conditioner left my hair soft and beautiful.

Cons:

The only thing I will say is that if you wanted to go out for dinner on the opposite side of the road it was a bit of a walk as there is no clear way other than the lights to cross. A footbridge may have helpful

Good hotel, great value and breakfast.
Pros:

Nice hotel. Good location, but on the highway, just outside of town (5 min). Clean and well appointed room. Nice hot tub and pool. Very good breakfast that was included in room rate.
Would recommend.

Excelente locacion - y buena atencion del personal.
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo bien, pero no habia espacio suficiente para sentarse.los jabones dove para bañarse fueron un excelente toque, eso me encantó.

Cons:

Habia muy poca presión de agua en la regadera y se iba de repente. El wifi gratis no servia nada!

設備不具合は即刻改修してもらいた。宿泊費に合ったサービスを提供してもらいたい。宿泊費の減額を希望する。
Pros:

良かった点 · 人気観光地（バンフ、レイクルーズ）に近い。

Cons:

· 室内灯が点灯しないため電球の取替をお願いしたが、対応してもらえなかった。
・キッチンのコンロ（４口）の２口が動かなかった。
・キッチン排水溝が逆流し朝起きるとキッチンシンク内に汚水が溜まっていた。
・キッチンナイフが切れない。
