Pros:

There during a blackout which the staff knew about. Had to drag cases down a flight of stairs. Breakfast was supposed to be included but due to outage there was minimal offered

Pros:

Good choice for staying in Golden. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the common offerings, but was good! I would choose this again.

Disappointing stay with nonfunctional bathroom facilities, no effective repair, & inadequate refund.
Pros:

The hotel staff did respond to our request for a room change, but unfortunately they had no alternative room available.

Cons:

The bathroom sink was completely blocked and would not drain at all. We requested another room, but the hotel said it was fully booked and told us to find another hotel ourselves. We called several nearby hotels, but almost all were sold out, leaving us with no practical alternative. The next morning, we discovered that the toilet was also not draining properly and the toilet seat was chipped. No technical staff came to fix the problems. Despite these serious issues with essential bathroom facilities, the hotel did not provide a refund and instead offered just $21 in compensation, which we considered wholly inadequate given the condition of the room and the inconvenience caused.

Exceeded expectations, super clean and comfortable, perfect for our purpose, highly recommended.
Pros:

Exceeded our expectations. The room was large and super clean, everything worked perfectly and the location was most convenient. It served our purpose as a base for the parks perfectly.

Cons:

Breakfast room overcrowded with Asian tourists.

Very dedicated management. Clean room, well furnished, taken care of everything. 24 hours hot water and coffee. Coffee in the room.

Salle de sport très bien. Chambre spacieuse, literie très bien et emplacement permettant de rayonner aux alentours ou d'aller jusqu'au Lac Louise pour la journée et revenir.

Pros:

Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Ausstattung mit Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine ist zweckmäßig.

Cons:

Das Schwimmbad hat wahnsinnig gechlort. Wir haben den Geruch gar nicht mehr richtig von uns abbekommen. Das Frühstück ist gut und zweckmäßig, produziert aber unfassbar viel Müll.
