Poor sleep for $500 a night ! Pathetic soundproofing

The front desk staff ( Philipino gentlemen) was not at all helpful. He was very dismissive. Around 2330 at night we started hearing dragging of luggage or furniture and loud thud noises and jumping and running from room above us. I called the front desk and the same guy told me he was going to call the room and let them know about noise complaint. Well nothing happened and the loud noises continued till 0100!! At a point I was going to walk to that room myself and knock the door ! Again around 0330 in the morning the same bangs and thuds started . I don’t know if they were shooting a movie up there !! We did not sleep at all. That’s the $500 I wasted on a hotel room in my life ! Yes $500 for one night and this is what we got. Sound proofing is poor ! My unfinished basement has better sound proofing. Please stay away from this hotel at all costs. Breakfast was poor and the staff were equally rude. They kept interrupting the patrons while we tried to get our food ! They were running in between and dragging carts and cleaning counters while people try to grab a bite. Run away even if this hotel is offering free stay.

Wouldn't stay there again
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Hotel located behind a place for trucks to park. All night we could hear the continual engine noise of the trucks coolers.
Breakfast room very packed and not a good eating experience

Pros:

The staff were excellent. They proactively upgraded us to a bigger suite when our air conditioning didn’t work. Very friendly.
Breakfast was much better than expected.

Cons:

Paper cups in the room were a drag when we were paying well over $300 a night.

Cons:

Sofa für die 3 Personen, war nicht vorbereitet. Nachdem es von uns ausgeklappt wurde, 2 kleine Krabbelviecher im Bett. Darauf hin wurde uns Zustellbett bereit gestellt, dass jedoch nie frisch gemacht wurde.
Beim Frühstück gab es Plastikbesteck.

Pros:

Personeel was aardig ook bij het ontbijt waren behulpzaam. Het is een echte doorreis motel veel werknemers van bedrijven die er verblijven en touristen. Kamers zijn ruim en netjes makkelijk te bereiken.

Cons:

De prijs is belachelijk hoog voor een doorreis motel het is géén resort. Voor het motel een grote parkeerplaats die vol staat met vrachtwagens die aan staan. Ze weten dat in deze regio veel doorreis verkeer komt en weten hier helaas de prijzen te vragen.
