Pros:

The location was good and the Staff was very coprative

Cons:

Food very over priced in hotel when there are multiple food options just outside the hotel at 1/3 price. Also i was charged extra as pillow cover had some stains due to my hair colour which they asked me after checkout to transfer the money.

Location was nice, service of parking and room staff was good. Good rooms

Cons:

The saddest part is that not even a bottle of water was available as a complimentary. Also, the communication among the reception manager was less. Though we checked in during the odd hours of the day, the communication we had during the time of check in was not transferred to the manager during day who was handling check out.

Can be better
Pros:

Location of the stay was perfect for a family to move around and see places.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Bed sheets had pen marks.Pillow covers had thread pulled out.
Worst part the toilet flushes water outside the commode.
We wanted to complain all about this but since I was with my family I didn't want to ruin their day and plus we were very tired from our trips anyway to raise our concerns.

Will not recommend
Pros:

The staff were rude and didn’t even offer to carry a tiny bag, when I was carrying four bags by myself.

Overall Excellent stay - except for B/F & lack of parking space!
Pros:

The rooms were good & location superb. Staff was outstanding.
Parking space is inadequate - Ideal for guests who are not travelling in self driven cars!

Cons:

Leaving the car Keys with security !

The hotel was close to the prime location

Cons:

As per the hotel policy, a child below age 10 can stay free with the parents. If booking.com can map the hotel policy on their app/site, it will avoid confusion on booking and payment when customers check in at the hotel.
