Cons:

The toilet bowl was broken and was reported right when we first got there. The staff sent someone to try to fix it but couldn’t. Was informed that it will be reported to their Maintenance department and that someone would come by to fix it. No one ever did and I did bring it back to the attention of the staff but still no one showed up to get it fixed.

Also, the WiFi was bad at best as it was awfully slow and keeps hanging.

Good for short stay
Pros:

We booked it as it is near my brother’s house. Staff were really friendly.

Cons:

We travelled with my senior citizen mom that had problems with her knee. She struggled going up to our room in 301 since the hotel doesn’t have elevator. Rooms are not noise proof as we can hear guests going up and down as our room is just beside yhe staircase. Very limited choices for breakfast.

Pleasant accommodations, good restaurant attached

Die Erwartungen waren aufgrund der Bewertungen höher, trotz allem war der Zweck erfüllt.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut, das Restaurant sehr empfehlenswert. Trotz überalterter Einrichtung haben wir gut geschlafen, das Zimmer war sauber und erfüllte seinen Zweck.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht. Auf den Fotos in Booking sah dieses einiges besser aus, als in Wirklichkeit. Das Zimmer war eher düster (kleines Fenster in eine schmale Gasse) und alt, ebenso die Möbel. An einer Wand waren Spuren eines früheren Wassereintritts oder Feuchtigkeitsproblems klar ersichtlich. Mit ein wenig Farbe (Möbel und Wände) könnte vieles aufgebessert werden. Kein Safe vorhanden.

Exceptional
Pros:

Very good rooms. Good working air conditioning. Very clean. Friendly staff was always smiling and very helpful. Coffee shop on site. Restaurant on site and it was a fancy restaurant too. Good portions. Good breakfast.

Cons:

No air conditioning in general areas so it got really hot on the 4th floor. No elevator but that was okay since we didn't have too much baggage. Might have been difficult if we did. Some of the windows leaked. The water pressure was inconsistent on the 4th floor. Drinking water was a bit difficult to come by. Oh gosh and the cocktails at the restaurant were terrible.
