Pros:

The family room was spacious, is a part of a drawing room in a 1 BHK flat, and featured two comfortable king-size beds.

Cons:

The property is located in a residential area, close to MIDC. There was no intercom to directly contact the reception, so we had to use the elevator to reach them. The room did not have toiletries, and the parking space for four-wheelers was limited.

Instade staying two nights, only stayed one night, when asked for the money upfront at checking in.
Pros:

did not like any thing about this place. when checked in they asked me the money upfront for the stay. when requested to send two cups of tea in the room, again had pay money upfront. I think 60 rupees !!
breakfast food poor quality. the tea in the thermos was cold. when asked to make the fresh tea, he brought the same tea after warming up in the kitchen.
how can you give 4 stares to this hotel is beyond belief. it does not give me any confident to book any hotel through the booking.com in the future.

Breakfast suppose to be ready by 7am but they have not placed till 8.20am and it was horrible too.

Cons:

For Housekeeping services..need to remind for anything many a times for something...only one guy was in hotel...for reception, housekeeping for complete hotel...was also working in dinning in the morning to place the items in dinning counter...will recommend never to opt for this hotel...

Property is nice & location is also great, staff was quite helpful

Cons:

Washroom arrangement is not good, bath section is elevated due to which all water come down near was basin and WC but there is no water outlet which cause water gets accumulated. Management need to make some arrangements of water discharge from bathroom
We checked in at 8 pm and when enquire about dinner there was only 2-3 options was available, it’s disappointing for boutique hotels with such a limited menu

Not recommended at all. Please chose any other option
Pros:

Pathetic room service and no support from staff. Nobody at the reception was answering calls even after calling 15 times. Checkin was also very bad and staff is not supportive at all. Breakfast was also under par ne not appreciated at this price point

Staff is bad.
room service is pathetic.
Checkin took 30min in heavy rain with no staff at the front counter.
Breakfast was really poor.
