Room was ok but won’t return

Cons:

The drains were smelly, the street was smelly and the area was not nice. The front door was directly facing the street. The instructions were not clear, we spent 30 mins figuring out where it was. The address said 31 calle de bello but there was no 31 on that road. We called the contact number and no one spoke english. After 10 mins we were sent instructions that the door number is 29B and we had to pick the keys from a hotel at no:6! Why couldn’t they give us the correct number in the first place and correct info or put a note on the door of 29 where the keys should be picked from! Unnecessary stress on holiday really

Küchenausstattung etwas dürftig , weit entfernt von der Altstadt, aber Bus fährt in der Nähe ab.

Apartamento con buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación del apartamento esta muy bien, con tiendas y servicios alrededor, es amplio y espacioso, se puede aparcar alrededor con bastante facilidad.

Cons:

El plato de ducha estaba atascado por suciedad en el filtro y tuve que limpiarlo y una cazuela de la cocina tenia el fondo con comida quemada y pegada que tuvimos que limpiar con vinagre, agua hirviendo y rascar.

Pros:

Good location, near bus stop or metro station, 20min to beach, 30min to The Oceanographic. The room was clean. Grocery shop / fast food just a minute away.

Todo estuvo excelente. buena ubicacion, muy limpio y acogedor. espacioso

Cons:

Un poco complicado, ya que no hay facilidad de parqueo, llegar en el carro a reclamar las llaves del apto en un lugar diferente al apto que se va a rentar.
es importante que le pongan un seguro a la puerta del baño, es corrediza y no ajusta bien. se cierra y se vuelve a abrir sola
