'Twas a very good experience. Hopefully stay there again when coming back to Wakayama.
Pros:

The hotel staff were accommodating. There are lots of freebies, like welcome snacks and drinks. The room is so neat and clean. Spacious too.

Cons:

The serving of the breakfast needs to be improved. It's a goo meal but not enough.(Little)

Pros:

お風呂とトイレが別なのがありがたく、シャンプーリンスを選んで持って行けたりウェルカムドリンクも嬉しかったです。朝ご飯もいただきましたが美味しかったです。

Cons:

お菓子を1人5個だと思ったら1組5個で注意されて戻した。これはちゃんと確認しない私達の落ち度だけど、監視されているんだなって感じて一瞬で心が窮屈になった。

JR 와카야마 역에서 가깝습니다. 주변에 식당, 편의점, 이자카야 많고 버스 정류장이 있는 큰 도로 주변이라서 좋습니다.
방이랑 욕실 넓고 시설, 청결도를 감안하면 가격이 매우 저렴합니다.
커플 여행객에게 추천 합니다.

프리 웰컴 드링크랑 어메니티도 최고 입니다. 식사는 안먹어봐서 모르겠습니다.

Cons:

세탁기, 건조기는 없습니다. 연박 할때는 5분 거리에 있는 coin laundry 가면 됩니다.

Good value for money
Pros:

Check in was welcoming, there are free snacks and drinks, the room was relatively spacious. The provided toiletries were actually the best of the trip - included hand and body creams! Also had additional charger cords, which was convenient. At the time I was there, if you filled in their hotel survey they offered you free mini hand cream as a gift :)

Cons:

As other reviews have flagged, it is a love hotel. Not much of an issue for me - didn't see any "shady" characters, no noise issues, etc. It was just a little funny experience. There was no natural light in my room unfortunately - not an issue for a one night stay, but can imagine it would be a bit frustrating for more than a night.
