とても広くて良い宿泊ができた。
Pros:

宿泊旅行は2度目だったのですが、以前泊まったビジネスホテルが狭く、そのイメージを持っていましたが、広くてとても良い部屋でした。お風呂のドアはガラスになっていて私の感じ的にはラブホテルをビジネスホテルに変えた感じでした。

Cons:

ラブホテルの感じはありますが、宿泊するには、部屋も広くとても満足です。

Really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel was lovely and very comfortable.
Pros:

Very modern, very quiet, handy location within walking distance to the centre of town. Big room with all amenities and a very big bath as well. Seperate toilet room as well.
24hr room service had the most extensive menu I’ve ever seen and the food was delicious.

Cons:

TV remote and display had no language option, so we had to Google translate to use the in-house service menu. Not a huge deal breaker though.
Also no laundry facilities on site was a bit inconvenient, we were able to drive to a laundry but without a car it would be hard to find one nearby.

Pros:

'Twas a very good experience. Hopefully stay there again when coming back to Wakayama.
Pros:

The hotel staff were accommodating. There are lots of freebies, like welcome snacks and drinks. The room is so neat and clean. Spacious too.

Cons:

The serving of the breakfast needs to be improved. It's a goo meal but not enough.(Little)
