Pros:

Nothing. They overbooked the hotel and still wanted to charge cancellation fees.

Cons:

Arrived to find the hotel had no rooms. They tried to talk us into a hotel at another location. Bait and switch. Then was told they could't cancel the reservation until the next day. Days later it still is not cancelled. Pretty sure they want to charge for a room that wasn't available.
