Centrally placed, comfortable hotel with very good staff
Pros:

Staff very efficient and friendly. Room was a good size and comfortable. Lots of facilities including pool , spa (although we couldn’t access it) , bike room , car par with EV charger.

Cons:

For some reason our key passes did not work on the one lift that seemed to access the spa. We had dinner in the hotel one evening. Food was good but the lighting is too bright. It’s fine for breakfast but could do with being toned down for an evening meal.

Freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen, großes Antipasti Buffet, ein Frühstück das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Schon ab 7.00 Uhr !😀Bikeraum, Waschmöglichkeit Fahrrad, Parkgarage.

Cons:

Etwas umständlich in den Bikeraum zu kommen.

Pros:

Really delicious breakfast and dinner. The location is perfect. The staff is really kind and attentive.

Cons:

The external sauna was unfortunately not hot enough. The reception staff could give more detailed instructions at the check-in.

Pros:

Great location, in the heart of Selva with a good breakfast buffet

Cons:

The spa is very poor, the "jacuzzi" is literally a one person bathtub, sauna very small as well for such a big hotel

Schönes Hotel für Ski oder Wanderurlaub aber mit Schwächen.
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, große Zimmer, Sehr gutes Frühstück, riesige Parkgarage

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich und insbesondere die Sauna sind für ein Haus dieser Größe viel zu klein. Daher muss man einstündige Zeitslots buchen, die wenn man nicht früh genug anfragt, nicht mehr verfügbar sind. Ich werde das Hotel aus diesem Grund kein zweites Mal buchen

Amazing cuisine, spacious rooms, great location, and excellent overall experience.
Pros:

Amazing cuisine — unexpected and surprisingly good. Dinner felt like something you would expect from a high-end restaurant. Everything was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. The rooms are spacious, the location is great, and the overall experience was excellent.
