Pros:

Me cancelaron la reserva que hice en Julio 2025. El dia del check in.
No se porque este hotel está en Booking ya que no acepta reservaciones mediante este servicio

Cons:

Nunca hubo una explicación de parte de los encargados. Pésimo servicio.

The location was very quiet...at night you couldn't hear a mouse peeing on cotton in a quiet room in a library.🤣😂 Very good indeed. Fully-stocked bar and restaurant on the premises. Hank is a great host...always asked if I needed anything...the hospitality is top-notch...this will be my new abode when visiting Sosua/Puerto Plata.

Bonus, this hotel provides free breakfast. Yummy!
I AM AN 🇺🇸 AMERICAN AND DIDN'T HAVE DIFFICULTY COMMUNICATING...HANK SPEAKS ENGLISH AS WELL.THE DAILY RESERVATION RATE IS EXTREMELY REASONABLE.Security added bonus. Peaceful and secure location.

Muy mal por incidendente este con el dueño holandes

Qué es familiar el hotel lo lleva el dueño y el hijo del dueño, el dueño es holandés pues reserve y pagué del 21 al 23, de junio, pues me prefunto el dueño el día 22de junio domingo qué si me iba ese día, cuando llegue el sábado día 21 en la tarde, no tienen administración hotelera, les enseñe qué tenías dos días pagos, pero me sentí muy mal yo soy una persona muy seria siempre pago antes para qué me vengan hablar chorradas, también los clientes holandeses llevan chicas de la calle hacer escándalo ellos me despertaron del sábado al domingo a las 04, de la mañana.
