Location was great. Staff is friendly
Bathroom and toilet were last properly cleaned during Marcos Sr. administration. Overpowering smell of dogs coming from the downstairs veterinary. Holes in wall from old a/c unit covered with a bit of cardboard.
Location
The staff demonstrated a level of discourtesy that was deeply disappointing. Their demeanor and actions gave the impression that guests were burdens rather than valued customers, as if our presence was an inconvenience to their daily routine. Such conduct is unacceptable in any service-oriented establishment and significantly diminished our overall experience.
In addition, the air-conditioning unit in the room was not functioning properly. It failed to regulate the temperature according to the set degree, resulting in an uncomfortably hot environment throughout our stay. This greatly affected our comfort and compounded our overall dissatisfaction with the service.
Staff was very friendly
Bathroom not clean, big cockroach in the room. Holes in the towels. Tv not working.
The location is great because it is surrounded with various establishments.
It doesn’t have an escalator or an elevator but it’s manageable.
It is very affordable and very close to malls and restaurants.
It’s a bit un maintained already. The bathroom has a lot of water stains and it’s not being cleaned. The pillows improved though. It’s now thick and soft. Breakfast also downgraded, it doesn’t come with coffee anymore. Over all great place to stay for a budget hotel.

Peaceful but expect to see faint meows and barks, it doesn't bother me at all. They are pet-friendly and I like it. The dispenser is near the rooms too and it's providing hot and cold water for free.
The aircon is not that cold even at the lowest temp setting and the wifi is kinda slow.

Perhaps a chnge in time out, and time in to provide more options for customers to time in and out..
