My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Express Motel very much! Finest quality with the best price!
Pros:

Customer service was amazing! The room was very clean and spacious. I also loved how it’s not noisy or people being able to hear inside your room. I give it 5 Stars!!

Friendly staff, convenient location in the suburbs, but next to a major road, one-story building - parking in front of the door: very convenient.

Pros:

It is quiet and clean here the staff is very friendly I don't feel uncomfortable here like I did at the econo Lodge or the Red Roof I would definitely recommend this place to anyone especially since it doesn't fit right inside the city or on a main road

Had just what I needed. Staff was respond to requests. Close to Magee and Ottawa NWR and cheap

Water pooled in parking lot after heavy rain so had to wade. Could be a bit cleaner.

The stay was excellent and helped out very much in our time of need.
Pros:

The man working the counter was very polite. There were many problems with my payment, regarding card holders and such, and he was very patient with me, even explaining the process. Very gracious host!

Cons:

The parking lot and office location were a bit confusing. Not many parking lines, though with free parking, I suppose this isn't really crazy to see. It really is free, haha.
