Great place for a short stay
Pros:

It is a nice motel by the road and close to Mejer's and some restaurants around in short driving distance. It is a 5 min drive from downtown Toledo. The room had all the essentials: air conditioning, shower, refrigerator and a microwave. It is in a safe location and very well lit roads around. There is a small pond on the backside of the motel. Very nice and friendly staff

Cons:

The power outlets were very few and the ones in the room were very loose. The one in the bathroom was fine though.

Decent Stay
Pros:

Could use a little update, but it provides your needs and is near plenty of restaurants & stores. Price was good & had a decent stay.

Cons:

Could be fault of my own or the outside temps, the air conditioner would run & then pause. Just wish it would run continuously because it was hard to sleep when the room was warm. Otherwise, the only other thing is there could maybe more lights or current lights could be brighter.

The price and location fit my needs, you get what you pay for.
Pros:

There was no breakfast, the price was right but you get what you pay for. I had trouble with the WIFI and it was resolved quickly.

Cons:

The room was OK, one of the lights in the main room did not work, my power plugs did not want to stay plugged in.
The room itself seemed to be clean but was shabby and run down looking.

It was a place to sleep that was not exactly very nice overall.
Pros:

The price was cheap, and it was a place to sleep. I was given the option of checking out the room before committing to my reservation, and I didn’t see signs of bedbugs

Cons:

The walls are thin. The room was non-smoking, but I think the pillows and/or sheets had been used a smoking room and weren’t cleaned sufficiently to get rid of the odor entirely. It wasn’t very nice - walls were crumbling in areas, there was a wood post under the sink to keep it on the wall, and generally it just seemed in disrepair.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Express Motel very much! Finest quality with the best price!
Pros:

Customer service was amazing! The room was very clean and spacious. I also loved how it’s not noisy or people being able to hear inside your room. I give it 5 Stars!!

Inexpensive, clean, but smells of cigarettes.
Pros:

Friendly staff, convenient location in the suburbs, but next to a major road, one-story building - parking in front of the door: very convenient.

Cons:

Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom.
