Sono appena tornata da un soggiorno davvero indimenticabile in questo hotel immerso nel verde. La posizione è perfetta: circondato dalla natura ma a due passi dal mare, offre il massimo della tranquillità senza rinunciare alla comodità della spiaggia.

Le camere sono moderne, spaziose e soprattutto impeccabilmente pulite. Si percepisce subito la cura e l’attenzione ai dettagli, sia negli arredi che nei servizi offerti.

Un punto di forza assoluto è la spa: nuova, elegante e pensata per il vero relax. Tra sauna, bagno turco e area relax, ogni momento trascorso lì è stato un regalo. Il personale è sempre gentile, professionale e pronto a far sentire gli ospiti coccolati.

In sintesi, un luogo perfetto per chi cerca pace, natura e benessere. Tornerò sicuramente!

Moder szoba, megfelelően tágas, jól felszerelt konyha és szép fürdőszoba. Kellemes terasz, ahol minden reggel a napfelkeltében gyönyörködhetünk. A reggelit kérésre a saját teraszunkon szolgálták fel.

Cons:

A wellness hírdetése! Én csak a wellness képek miatt foglaltam itt szállást. Sajnos szomorúan tapasztaltam, hogy nagyon elhanyagolt állapotban van, pedig a beépített gépek jó minőségűek. A gym fala olyan penészes volt, hogy teljes mértékben használhatattlan. A jakuzzi vize a zöld és a sárga színek között volt, és teljesen hiányoztak belőlle a fertőtlenítő szerek. Valószínűleg a szakképzett tisztító személyzetre már nem marad pénz! Egyedül a sauna volt használható állapotban.
Szóval a rengetek penészfolt miatt, egészségügyi okokból nem javaslom a wellness használatát.
Kicsit pecsapva érzem magam, mert a weboldalon elhelyezett képek nagyon csábítóak és ezért foglaltam én is ide. Valójában a szakszerűtlen, spórolós hozzáállás miatt teljesen egy fertőzés veszélyes területt a wellness egység. A hírdetésben pedig az szerepel, hogy naponta 1 embernek 1 óra használat benne van az árban. Ez persze nem igaz, a tulajdonos ezt úgy értelmezi, hogy csak az első használat (1 óra) ingyenes, aztán minden alkalomért külön fizetni kell. A penész az minden esetben grátisz.
Kár, pedig tényleg jó gépek vannak szép környezetben.

Un paradiso immerso nella natura!

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend assolutamente meraviglioso ad Elbitat! La comunicazione via WhatsApp con il personale è stata impeccabile, tutto è stato gestito con estrema chiarezza e rapidità. La palestra è stata un'altra piacevole scoperta, ben attrezzata e moderna, perfetta per mantenere la nostra routine di allenamento anche durante la vacanza. E il posto... è semplicemente incantevole! L'hotel è immerso in una natura lussureggiante ideale per rilassarsi e staccare completamente dalla routine quotidiana. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chi cerca un'esperienza di autentico comfort in un ambiente unico. Torneremo sicuramente!

Gute Lage nahe bei Portoferraio, gut erreichbares Personal, üppiges Frühstück, nett eingerichtete Appartments mit jeweils kleinem Sitzplatz vorne dran.

Cons:

War leider nicht Kinderwagen-freundlich (Treppen und etwas am Hang liegend). Das Wlan hat die ersten Tage nicht funktioniert, wurde dann aber geflickt - war aber zu spät für uns. Spühlmittel fehlte in der Küche. Grösstes Manko war, dass das Wohnzimmer zum Schlafzimmer oben offen war und wir so unser Baby nicht schlafen legen konnten und in Ruhe noch etwas miteinander sprechen konnten - scheinber gibt es aber auch Zimmer bei denen das geschlossen wäre (war für mich in der Buchung nicht ersichtlich)

La struttura è ineccepibile, ben curata, pulita di nuova ristrutturazione. Posizione tranquilla e vicina alla spiaggia di ciottoli, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.

Cons:

l'assenza di wi-fi, segnalata alla reception, ma che non è stata risolta: ricordo che è un servizio ben pubblicizzato sui servizi della struttura
il cambio biancheria (bagno e letto), non è stata mai effettuata (nonostante abbia pernottato per tre notti): è stato fornito un cambio asciugamani dopo mia richiesta
colazione insufficiente (1 cornetto e 0,50 cm di crostata più caffè o cappuccino): una spremuta di arancia in aggiunta 6 euro

LUNGI DA ME ALIMENTARE POLEMICHE DISTRUTTIVE
la wi-fi funzionava solo ed esclusivamente sul terrazzo dell'appartamento: cosa confermata dal vostro manutentore che prontamente intervenuto dopo la segnalazione ne ha verificato l'assenza (certificata anche dal tv sito nel soggiorno che ne segnalava l'assenza)
la bomba di acqua abbattuta sull'Elba, si è verificata il giorno 9 settembre e il mio soggiorno è avvenuto il giorno 18: sostituire un ripetitore wi-fi (anche non uguale a quello installato) non richiede certamente 10 gg e il disagio sarebbe stato risolto
la spremuta è stata da me debitamente saldata e il mio rilievo era semplicemente relativo alla colazione compresa nel soggiorno composta da un cornetto, 0,50 cm di crostata e un caffè o un cappuccino, dove l'aggiunta di una spremuta di arancia ha il suo costo (ripeto debitamente saldato e senza rilievi): ritengo che una bella struttura come la vostra, di qualità, non dovrebbe cadere in queste mancanze, ma rispetto le vostre scelte aziendali e mi limito solamente ad evidenziarle
il cambio biancheria: grazie per il rispetto dell'ambiente, di un isola fantastica, dove la natura DEVE essere giustamente preservata affinche TUTTI ne possiamo usufruire. Si tratta di un isola e anche ringraziando il meteo la stagione permette di fare dei bagni in mare ed è normale la doccia successiva: avere il cambio asciugamani senza doverlo richiedere è un gesto gradito.

Personale molto attento e gentile. Struttura pulita e con tutti i confort. Bella la palestra e la zona spa.

Una vera oasi di lusso e relax!!
Pros:

Sono stata recentemente ospite di questo hotel e devo dire che è stato un'esperienza incredibile! La spa è semplicemente meravigliosa, con trattamenti personalizzati e un'atmosfera rilassante. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e professionale.

La camera era pulita, confortevole e con una vista spettacolare. Ottima anche la colazione.

Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi cerca un'esperienza di relax e lusso. Tornerò sicuramente!

La situació i l'espai de l'apartament

Cons:

No hi havia informació personalitzada, tot a través de wp I sense possibilitat de tenir mapa de la zona ni d'on poder fer excursions.
Pels hostes q venim amb cotxe de lloguer des de Piombino i la companyia Centauro no ens deixa portar-lo a la illa quedem aïllats i sense coneixement d'activitats q no siguin d'aigua. Els accessos a l'spa o zona d'esmorzar no hi ha escales i la pendent es molt pronunciada.
